Whilst they don't have the vietnamese salads that I have come to love and crave, this place shows promise. New to the area, having just opened its doors in January this year, there are many things they are still getting their heads around. The service is friendly, the menu is comprehensive and the food is okay. It's not brilliant... yet, but it does show promise and they do take feedback very well.
The Pho or beef noodle soups as they would call it have the distinctive beef bone brothy taste. It's served with your standard bean sprouts, mint and chilli and tastes pretty authentic. The vietnamese rice dish served with grilled pork, fried egg, rice and a slew of other vietnamese sides is something I would order again, not too salty and not too oily. There are other dishes that tasted a bit salty... but overall, i'm excited as to what this place will develop into from its current baby legs. I'm always a big fan of the vietnamese grilled pork and spring rolls and they are as tasty as they will get here as well. read more
