Went here for dinner with my family and was really disappointed. The service wasn't great, and when it came time to pay, the server automatically added a tip without even asking. On top of that, the food wasn't good -- I ordered a brisket pho, and it had no flavor at all. My fiance and I have been coming here regularly for a while now. When you first walk in you get to choose where you sit and its a very open restaurant with a lot of seating. The service here is super quick and we have gotten to the point that when we come in they already know what we are both going to order. We both get the number 4 everytime which is the Pho Chin Nam, It is consistent everytime we get it and is super delicious. We got an order of spring roll that were standard issue, neither mind blowing nor bad. The veggie pho had enough veggies to live up to its name. The fried onions were a nice touch. The broth was bland, and there were not enough noodles. For $15 a bowl, I probably won't come back. Veggie pho is as elusive as the sasquatch. I've came to this restaurant countless times for years and no matter how long I haven't been there, they take one look at me and already knows what I want to order, even asks to make sure if it's what I want including size. Once sat down, given tea & water I usually always wait between 2-7 minutes for my order, before the food rating service was at "Needs Improvement" now it's at "Okay" but personally with my food being cooked and brought to me that fast it's perfect! It fills a hole in my stomach to where I usually eat a couple of GOOD pizza slices to fill it. I haven't dined-in in a while but doing take out doesn't change their consistency at all. Super dingy looking hole in the wall Vietnamese restaurant that serves up some super delicious pho. While the restaurant itself and the neighborhood isn't really a place you'd like to stay and hang out in, the food is authentic and the broth is super flavorful! Choosing between a small and large bowl of pho is a matter of around 50-75 cents so if you can scarf down the extra noodles and broth it's definitely worth the upgrade. The broth is fatty, flavorful, and is full of meat. The one I ordered was Pho number 10 with steak, flank, and soft tendon. I also order "egg rolls" which were hot and served with fish sauce. I was disappointed that they didn't serve them with lettuce, and shredded carrots like some restaurants do. I also got a shaved coconut milk and jelly pudding which I don't recommend. OVERALL: 4/10 (Yelp Converted Score: 2/5). We came here to get takeout on December 12, 2020. There was nobody else in the store, and one other car in the parking area in front. We ordered a large pho combo dish, and the three-roll appetizer (spring roll, shrimp roll, veggie roll?). We mentioned the peanut allergy multiple times during the ordering process. 1) VARIETY/SELECTION: 7/10. Vermicelli (mostly peanuts-based), appetizers (peanut sauce, beware), drinks, rice plates, Vietnamese options. Pretty standard Vietnamese fare (I noticed they had Bun Bo Hue, which I think(?) is authentic?). 2) FRESHNESS: 5/10. Not the best freshness - the noodles were definitely not fresh, the meat was "meh" fresh, but the ingredients in the rolls were at best "okay". 3) VALUE FOR MONEY: 3/10. All in all, this was more expensive than other Vietnamese places I've had, and they didn't provide that much meat in the combo pho bowl that we ordered. The portion sizes were not big; the appetizer rolls were split by two people, but for the price we expected more. The large pho combo bowl was barely split by two people, and there was exactly one meatball, one slice of brisket, two or three pieces of tripe, and some assorted small pieces of meat that I wasn't very thrilled about. 4) SERVICE: 3/10. Usually, when someone gives me free drinks (thinking our order is something different), I would rate this higher. After discovering the peanut-laced sauce with the appetizer, we called them to mention that we had asked for *NO PEANUTS*, but their command of English didn't seem to understand that we were SPECIFICALLY asking if anything else had peanuts in it (to throw those away). First time being here and I got to say, the parking is lowkey ass lol. But I'm not complaining as much because I found parking but it was hard at first and the road is bumpy with potholes but other then that, the food was good lol. I got the steak and meatball which was funny because my pho didn't have meatballs in it, it came as a side and I only got one meatball cut in half. But I still ate it I guess. The broth isn't too thick nor thin, I think it sits just right and the noodles were good and soft to my texture opinion. Service was fast and nice, I left a tip of course. I think this pho shop has some of the best spring roll and eggs rolls. They are fresh made to order every time. I like the spring rolls with the grilled minced pork rolls with peanut sauce and the fried egg rolls. They seem to use a thinner egg roll skin for the fried rolls so they turn out very light and crispy. The pho is always delicious and hits the spot. OMG. I thought this is the same Pho 99 from Shoreline that I used to eat whenever I was in Seattle. This is not, not even close. It's the worst pho I have ever tasted. Being from Socal, not too far from Little Saigon, I have tried so many places, good and bad, but, I have to say this is the worst one. Pho broth is just bland. Noodle is over cooked. My husband and I, we couldn't even finish 1/3 of the bowl although we were hungry after 6.5 hours flight from Florida. Egg rolls are OK and so are spring rolls. My family and I have been going here for years and when I mean years I mean years. When they were more lowkey they were the best pho spot in Seattle according to my viet family. Once they got more traction the quality has definitely changed and the broth isn't as rich as it was before. It's still a really good pho place just wish the quality would come back. read more

Sorry I can't give the pho a better review. I ate pho there and the broth was just so-so. Most pho broths that I am used to have a flavorful bouquet. Lots of tastes and smells and very nuanced.
