How have we not been here yet... you can tell once you walk in this is legit and authentic!!! The smell once you come in! Found our new go to Pho Spot in West Covina!

Tried Pho Anvi and honestly it was really good. The place is clean and chill, nothing fancy but super comfortable. The pho is the star--broth is super flavorful without being too heavy, and you can tell it's made right. Noodles were on point and the portions were solid. Meat was tender and not skimpy either. Everything tasted really fresh, especially the herbs on the side. Service was quick and friendly, no complaints there. Definitely a solid go-to spot if you're in the area and craving pho. I'd come back for sure.

We got the pho with rare steak, brisket, and flank, as well as a couple of the special pho. The broth was really deep and flavorful. The different varieties of beef were really tender. Bonus is that they give you unlimited free thin noodles with your bowl of pho so you would definitely not leave hungry. Parking lot was big, so no issues, and plenty of seating available inside. We didn't need to wait on a weeknight. Definitely a great spot for some good pho in the area! Great service as well.

Pho anvi is my regular go-to spot for Vietnamese cuisine, especially their rib bone noodle soup! The staff is always friendly and quick. Highly recommend!

Pho Anvi is great. Their pho is pretty decent tasting. They have the option for you to get unlimited extra noodles when you dine in. The noodles come on the side in a small bowl with some broth. They noodles are a bit hard, so you need warm soup to cook the noodles a little bit. I also got the northern egg rolls. They were tasty with the veggies and the fish sauce. The egg rolls came out so fast. Not sure how. We ordered and they came out 2-3 min later. Service is mediocre. Not amazing, but also not the worst.

Pho Anvi is our go-to spot for pho. We've tried many pho places over the years, and this one is still our favorite by far. We're regulars here for a reason. The pho is seasoned just right--rich, comforting, and balanced without being overpowering. The portions are very generous, and every bowl feels satisfying from start to finish. It's consistently good, which is something we truly value. The staff here is also very attentive and welcoming. Service is smooth and efficient, and you always feel well taken care of without being rushed. The ambiance is simple but just right. It actually reminds us of some of the restaurants we've been to in Hanoi--unpretentious, focused on the food, and comfortable in the best way. Overall, Pho Anvi is an excellent place for quality pho and a reliable dining experience. Definitely worth trying, and a spot we'll continue coming back to again and again.

They always have a lot of seating and are always willing to help if you have any questions or need any additional service. Their menu is extensive and they have a bunch of items, but my favorite thing to order there DIY spring rolls, as well as bun bo hue. To be honest, you could order almost anything on the menu, but those are my go to. It is quite loud in there, but there's always people inside, enjoying their food. It's a place to go and it reminds me of home when I can't get home made food. There's a bunch of TVs around if you feel like watching the news or any sports, their restrooms are relatively clean, and their parking is in a huge plaza so depending on the time you go, there should be parking! This is my place to go... I'm already thinking about when I'm going next.

The food tastes authentic, the quality is amazing, and everything is so rich and flavorful. You can really tell they care about the food they make. It's located on the corner to the right side of Hong Kong Plaza near Haven City Market, and honestly this restaurant really stood out to me. I already love this plaza, but this place quickly became one of my favorite spots there. One thing I really love is their pork spring rolls. They make them fresh when you order, and you can definitely taste the difference. They're so fresh, delicious, and honestly one of the best spring rolls I've had in a while. They also do catering, which I definitely plan on using in the future if I ever host a party or birthday because the food is just that good. I only had one issue during one of my visits. I can't eat cucumber, so I asked for no cucumber in both my pork dish and spring rolls. They accidentally still included it in my pork dish. Thankfully, when I brought it up, they fixed it quickly and apologized right away, which I appreciated a lot. I still love this place, but I do think it's important for people with allergies or food restrictions to double check their food before eating, just to be safe. Besides that, everything else has been amazing. The restaurant has a really calm atmosphere with lots of greenery and that open, cozy Vietnamese restaurant feel. The workers are also really kind and welcoming every time I come in. I also appreciate how authentic this place feels. Whenever I'm trying food from another culture, I always want something that feels genuine, and this place definitely gives me that experience. I come here a couple times a month now, and it's honestly one of my favorite places to eat. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the cucumber issue, but overall the food and experience are still amazing.

Not too many local Vietnamese restaurants offer Bun Rieu, I'm surprised it offers this soup! Good portion and plenty of broth for both noodle soups. Tastes as expected. Parking: The place is located in a plaza. You won't have trouble finding a space to park…read more Inside: It's a small and cozy mom and pop shop that gives at home vibes. The inside has a few booth and table seatings. I would say no more than 15 tables total. Phở Tái Sách/ Pho w/ Rare Steak and Tripe (regular): The pho bowl came with a huge size portion of noodles, soup, rare steak and tripe. On top they garnished it with green onions, cilantro and thinly sliced white onions. The meat they used is very thinly sliced and tender. The tripe was also cooked well. If you have never had tripe before I would describe it as having a super mild taste and it's mostly there to adds texture. It tastes really great too because t soaks up the broth flavor. If you like chewy noodles or mushrooms with a bit of bite, you might like tripe. The pho noodles they used are the ones I love the most. It's a thin pho noodle and they cooked them perfectly. The broth is clear, has a good depth of flavor, not overly greasy and the salt amount they added is perfect. On the side they give you a plate of other garnishes, beansprouts, chili peppers, lime, and basil which you can add to your hearts content. Spring rolls: I loved these a lot. They were very fresh and stuffed. Inside the spring roll is shrimp, sliced pork, lettuce, basil, and vermicelli. This is served with a side of peanut sauce. Loved that the sauce had chunks of peanuts for crunch. Overall: All the staff are very friendly, and the pho tastes homemade and authentic. Definitely a solid go-to when you're craving something warm and comforting. I'm so glad I found this lovely gem! I can't wait to come back again. PSA - They offer vegan pho bowls and vegetarian spring rolls and egg rolls.

Very good food, but the prices here are astronomical…read more I ordered by phone because I was driving and didn't have the ability to do it online. I was shocked when I went in to pick up that my order (a grilled pork banh mi, an order of egg rolls, and an iced coffee) was freaking $32!! I didn't get an itemized receipt, so once I got back to my car, I went to their website to look up prices. 4 egg rolls are $12.50. That's $3 per egg roll! The sandwich is $11 and the coffee is $6. The kicker is that there's a combo--sandwich and coffee--for $15. They could've saved me some money, but they chose to not to in order to make a few extra bucks. Their prerogative, but in this economy, not cool to not help out. The result: a customer who's not coming back and who's posting about it to warn others. I normally don't do this because I'm aware that mom and pops are struggling. It's also possible that the menu prices on their website are out of date and they did give me the combo price, but THIRTY-TWO DOLLARS (!!) for a sandwich (great bread and tasty but sweet pork, a little underwhelming on the fillings overall), some egg rolls (with enough lettuce for each one, as well as sauce and do chua, but also a little underfilled), and a 16 oz cup of coffee with ice and condensed milk is pretty crazy. I can get the same meal nearby for at least $5 less or find other types of food that'll feed more people for the same price.
