Got the #19 pho (rare steak, well done chunky flank, and brisket), as well as the #35 rice (julienne pork, egg quiche, and charbroiled pork). I was craving pho as I usually do and it hit the spot. Pho had a nice beefy broth that was't overly salty and good flavor. Got the large size and it was a generous portion of noodles and meat. As for the rice dish, the charbroiled pork was done well and had a deep bbq flavor that I enjoy. Overdue review. I brought a co-worker here to celebrate her birthday. She was in the mood for Vietnamese food so it was nice to visit this place nearby. I think I've only eaten pho noodle soup from here. I decided to go with the vermicelli rice noodles with grilled pork. Our dishes all came out rather quickly which was perfect for us. I was very happy I chose this dish because it ended up being very good and comparable to other restaurants or even better than some places in Westminster or Garden Grove. Ive been here a couple of times for lunch. I finally got around to trying the pho. I have had two menu items of pho on meu and they were both great. I would recommend the brisket.
