Love the place! I've actually never dined in but only enjoyed takeout/ togo from here! Each time it has not disappointed me. I came in tonight 45 minutes before closing, the service was quick and prompt even though they had a full house. I had the #1 Pho in the large size. The broth was flavorful and the soup was very filling. Honestly two people could share it. I also got an order of the Goi Cuon (spring rolls) with the peanut sauce! Those were bomb as well. Thursday night and this place is busy. Wait was about 10 minutes and found seating at the bar. Rolls: liked the one shrimp in that but didn't care for the meat in that. Peanut dipping sauce seemed a little watered down and tasteless. Pho: good flavor as the meat juices mixed in but expected more flavor off the bat. Everything was very fresh. Holy. Pho. Heaven. Seeking to quell the pho craving that was rising within me, I grabbed my phone and gave a quick Yelp search to find this little gem tucked on the outskirts of Greeley. So Marissa C and I made our way to Pho Duy to get our pho on. Here's what happened: The Space: The space is actually quite large; not what I expected when we arrived. It features a full bar and plenty of socially distanced seating to accommodate any group size. The Service: Our server was on it. He gave us the perfect amount of time to review the menu, answer some questions, and make our selections. He ensured that our water glasses were never empty. The Pho: Yum! The broth is where it's at and Pho Duy has some killer broth - perfectly seasoned and hot. We both typically order rare steak pho. The meat was perfectly tender - definitely fresh. We split a single plate of bean sprouts and fixings which works well for us. Then we add all the sauces. Mmm... So good! The Price: So incredibly reasonable. I've been on the road a few days and grew tired of subs and fast food so I dropped in on my break.I ordered the Shrimp Pho Bowl & it was well worth it. I walked in thinking the House Special combo included pho but it didnt so I chose the Shrimp. The meal took about 10mins to prepare & was PIPING HOT! First visit; first impressions: Food: This is the best Pho in town. Hands down. Period. The barbecue pork dish was very good as well. Service: these guys are so busy that often they are unable to answer their phone for carry-out; so you will just have to walk in and place your order for carry-out. This happened to me and I made an order of 4 different kinds of Pho and 2 barbecue pork dishes. The meal came out in 15mins and packaged very well. Ambiance: we ordered carry out in our first visit but the inside dining area is clean and every table was occupied. As I waited for my order, several other people came in and made carry-out orders. I'm glad I found this place. Really decent pho. In my hometown, pho places are plentiful but here, it's hard to find one! I truly enjoyed the broth and the spring roll. Service was attentive especially when the place was packed... there were only TWO servers!! The place is clean and smelled great - smelled of the spices you would expect in a Pho! There was a bar too but we focused on our food and drinks. This place is also Deaf friendly. I had shrimp egg rolls which were good but it annoys me a little when they leave the tails on. I had a supposed kid's size tofu and rice noodles which was big enough for an adult. Ordered 2 grilled chicken noodle bowls. It was 7:20 pm or so when we ordered we get home and the order we receive is incorrect with white rice. Not what we ordered I called I believe I spoke to manager I was told their closed and nothing they can do about it. If I had called earlier he could fix it. Umm it's 25 minutes away no way I call sooner. Maybe I should have checked the bag in front of them but seriously!!! After driving all over town trying to remember where we saw this place we were thrilled to finally find it. The parking lot had very minimal ice for the weather, and the entrance was warm and comfortable. We were very impressed with their exceptional plant growing abilities that were expressed in the entrance. We were quickly seated and handed a cold fresh glass of ice water. The menu was electronic (covid), which we thought was awesome. They also had paper menu's available. The dining room was very clean and they had plenty of seating arrangements available despite the famous global pandemic. Our food was out of this world ( basically Mars). It was well quickly prepared and the table appearance was very pleasing. It was a perfect portion and very filling. The prices were great, especially for the quality. This experience was better than my experience at college, which isn't hard to beat but still pretty cool. Overall highly recommend. Also shoutout our waiter who didn't judge us for not knowing how to use chopsticks. We will be improving our talent and returning to this restaurant! We are recent converts to phô restaurants, and Phô Duy did not disappoint. Our meals were both quite good, and it was no surprise that the restaurant was busy on a Saturday evening. I would have given one of my rare 5* ratings, except for an illegal sign at the cash register. Colorado public accommodations laws prohibit signs that indicate the intent to discriminate, specifically signs that read "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone" (or words to that effect). Alas, Phô Duy displays exactly that sign behind the register. I'll go down the street next time. read more

Consistently great food. You know a pho place is legit when your Vietnamese co-worker recommends it! Grilled meat spring rolls - Amazing flavor and the peanut sauce is great! I've gotten grilled pork and grilled chicken so far. Both are really good. Pho - I got the #10 because I don't really care for tripe (intestine) or tendon. Next time I might add meatballs although the meat they have me is more than enough! Broth is tasty and fresh. I like that they offer in small, medium and large. I got a small and it was perfect for me! Fun fact - look ok the wall above the cash register and the actual bowl sizes are hung up there. Vermicelli bowl - Comes in a large with abundant grilled pork! Along with 2 grilled shrimp and chopped up fried roll. Very generous with their portion for this bowl. Enjoyed it! It was freezing outside last night and pho sounded good. Pho 18 was closed so we decided to try this pho since it's so close. We ordered 2 medium pho (shrimp and my hubby got steak & brisket) and 2 different types of spring rolls. We got there and ordered to go. Everything was delicious. I loved the shrimp bowl and shrimp & beef spring rolls. Pho was gluten free, which made me happy since I can't eat gluten. We will be returning in the future. Oh man! We used to love this restaurant, food was always so good and staff was also so polite. Until last night, when we ordered take out through Grubhub from them. 1. We were told by the person who claims to be the manager/owner that they are NOT a partner with Grubhub... flat out lie, we called GH and they are partnered with them for takeout. 2. We were told in order to get our correct food, we would have to go down there and get it which defeats the purpose of takeout. 3. She told us that was she was too busy in her restaurant to deal with our problem and to call GH. So needless to say they have lost our business moving forward. It is funny. It seems like whenever I go out for Pho the place is always called Pho Duy. There is a Pho Duy in Fort Collins. There is a Pho Duy in Denver. As far as I know they are not linked. They have varying degrees of quality and different menu items from each other. This place was ok. I ordered the Meatball Pho in a size medium. It has all of the signature Pho ingredients. Meatballs, noodles and greens. Sprouts, jalapenos, lettuce and basil were on the side plate. The Pho tasted relatively well and gave me a satisfying bellyfull of hot soup on a cold and windy day. To be honest though I have had more authentic Pho. The ingredients were relatively fresh but it could be fresher. The flavor was not bad but I have had more flavorful. For Greeley having a Pho place is an asset! read more
