I was pleased with the amount of older Asians inside the restaurant, which seemed to be a millennial gray renovated American diner style vibe. The servers were quick and efficient our entire meal, but be prepared to flag someone down if it's busy and you need something. My boyfriend decided to get an avocado milk shake, a must for him. For an entree he ordered the #46 charbroiled pork, shrimp, and egg roll rice vermicelli. The table decided to share #69 spring rolls and #70 egg rolls. For myself I got the #11 slices of eye round steak pho. Everything was out super quickly. The spring rolls were fresh and packed well. They were delicious with the peanut dipping sauce. The egg rolls were my favorite part of the meal and some of the best Vietnamese egg rolls I've ever had. Large, extra crispy, super flavorful, and served with a good amount of fresh herbs and veggies. I'm a sucker for a good Vietnamese egg roll!! The pho was also excellent. A huge size and lots of veg. When I was there by myself the first time, it was hardly anyone on a weeknight. Nice spacious restaurant, clean and well lit with updated look. Television available to catch some sports. You really can't go wrong with anything here and they have such a large menu ranging from pho to rice plates. My family has tried so many things here, including desserts, and we have not had a single thing we did not like. After living in the Bay Area, I am so serious about my pho broth and the broth here is some of the best I've had in the area. Pro tip: I was surprised they have it here, but ask for the nuoc beo and thank me later! The banh mi are also so good and the bread doesn't cut the roof of your mouth. This is one of our favorite Vietnamese restaurants. The pork bone soup was rich, and the bone marrow melted into the soup. The pho noodles were of large portion. The spring rolls came with the sides (lettuce mint leaves, pickled carrots), the meat was tender and full of flame grilled flavor. Will continue to come here! read more

Our waitress was extremely kind and helpful during our visit. The location was clean and up-kept. Now for the food, we ordered two brisket phos, one vegetable pho (minus the tofu), and spring rolls. Our waitress brought out some seasoned onions dressed with soy and sriracha to pair with our pho.. delicious touch! The pho was flavorful and HOT!! Perf for a cold day.. You have to try the bone marrow soup, the portion is perfect for sharing and I love how they show you how to eat it and make an onion dish to pair it with. Food: my brother told me you can judge a good authentic Vietnamese place if they offer the iconic green onion scallion oil which this place does upon request. Get it and then douse it on everything and anything, jk, mainly in the pho. It is a game changer! Food is amazing. My first time coming from Boston to visit my family. Honestly, probably better than OC Pho.

Pho Ha is a family owned chain restaurant throughout CA. Not all locations taste the same. Some better than others. Pho Ha Plus is one of the top 3 locations IMO and the 'plus' is like an upscale modern version to the others. At first, the prices seem really steep. I get that it's inflation and CA. In the end, I realized, their prices justify the portions and meal size as well as service. Highly recommend. All the pho are $18, even the đặc biệt. The bowls are deep with lots of noodles and meat. The beef broth was flavorful with the aroma of all the spices. They really take the time into making the broth, creating soft tender meats. There are 6 vegetarian dishes. I got the lemongrass stir fried tofu with vermicelli. The wrong dish came out and they gave me stir fried lemon grass beef. Dang, that looked yummy and smelled so good! I finally got my corrected dish and I was so happy with it. Other places would have a ton of vegetables and herbs at the bottom of the bowl. With little noodles on top and finally the protein. I dislike that plating because i don't like to mix my food and I would end up eating only the noodles that was on top. It was also deceiving when you would receive mainly veggies. Well, at Pho Ha Plus, everything was proportional. It was not layered on top of each other but rather next to each other side by side. I saw my food and was able to include it with every bite. My mom got the broken rice charbroiled pork with bean curd. The pork met her high expectations. It was tender and had the smokey char marinated flavor. The bean curd was a bit tough for her dentures. Also got the passion fruit tea which had actual bites of passion fruit. Not too sweet or syrupy. They are also known for their 3 layer dessert which they do not skimp on any of the toppings. One recommendation I would like to suggest is to offer uncooked noodles for pho take out. I assumed and didn't ask. Was disappointed when I got home with wet sticky noodles and not fresh noodles. The reason for deducting one star to a 4. Overall, excellent food, large portions, attentive staff. Plenty of parking.
