I just left this restaurant completely appalled by their lack of service!! After receiving my pho, I was totally ignored. It seemed the staff was more concerned with eating their own dinner than serving me mine!! I literally had to call the staff on their phone to let them know I am in the restaurant and asked if someone was going to wait on me!?!? After they answered the phone and I explained I was in the restaurant, we hung up and they further ignored me... I proceeded to check out and when I spoke to the cashier I told him of my disappointment in the service. He acted as if I was just a number and said I didn't have to pay for my meal. How do you people like this place?! Their medium size bowl is the normal small at every other Pho place. Their broth is just plain bland and they heavily skim on the 'condiments' that come with the pho. Seriously will NEVER return, I make better pho at home. Shoot, pho from a can would be better. I came back again today because i feel like i want some pho even though it was really hot outside. I got the Pho Ga and 2 flavors of boba, Mango and Strawberry one, it was very good i really enjoyed it but i'm so full to drink both of them. This place is deeee lish ussss. I came in a little before noon. It seemed like the regulars were in their booths already. I got the rice noodle pho with chicken and shrimp (nixed the meatballs). I got the small bowl and it was more than enough. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that one piece of my chicken had some gristle (only one out of dozens and dozens of strips of chicken). I recommend the Bun Bo Hue, it will scare the hangover right out of you. It has a spicy broth with great flavor! The wontons were puffy and crispy not thin. The egg rolls have a different but great flavor. The mango smoothie is AWESOME. I didn't eat in the restaurant so I can't comment on the atmosphere. read more

I ordered the combo noodle bowl-Bun dac biet-I wasn't impressed after paying $12.55. The chicken was cut thin and it tasted of curry not Vietnamese. Pho was not very good. I highly recommend pho Saigon on arapahoe rd. The noodles were poor quality and the broth flavor was a bit off. In fact the beer was off too. We realized that it must be something on the dishware itself as the off taste in the draft beer was similar to that of the soup. We will drive the extra mileage to get good pho next time. Bummer! First visit. Not a good experience. Waited at least 15 mins for my tea after I ordered it. Egg rolls came out 2 of them and I wasn't impressed. The sauce was watery. The Pho broth was good. Towards the end a patron started yelling at an employee about him using his phone and possibly taking pictures of him! The customer was loudly demanding the employee give him his iPhone 6 to him!!! Very surprised that this place is getting good reviews. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not a good experience at all. The noodles were undercooked, the broth was very bland, and the taro boba we ordered tasted less like taro, and more like milk and sugar. The boba pearls were also either too soggy or undercooked. Aside from that, the service was alright and we got our pho very quickly. The restaurant and bathroom were clean, but also very badly decorated. I wouldn't go back. Take it from a Vietnamese guy, this place is legit. Learning to make good pho is like learning to play good golf. You can't learn it from a book, because there are too many variables. Recipes from California tastes difference from Denver (beef bones, onions, cinnamon, etc.), so the chef has to learn it through local trial and errors to get the ingredients and portions right. This is the reason why a popular chains "Pho Hoa" will not taste consistent at all locations. Pho Khang gets it. I've been there a few times now before posting this review, the Pho is consistent and good every time. I usually order Pho Tái Bò Vien, rare beef flanks with meat balls (relax, the hot broth will cook the beef in seconds). Top off the meal with Càfê Sua Dá (Vietnamese iced coffee) and you'll have a great day. read more

I followed the great advice of others here and stopped in to Pho Khang for lunch as I passed through the area, and it was a great stop indeed. The entrance to the place leaves a little bit to desire, as what seems like it should be the maim door is not inviting and provides no view inside, but don't let that stop you, as you'll find a busy, albeit loud environment within. The food was plain outstanding for the price. I ate #12 Phone, and affectionately call it a never ending bowl of beef. The broth was strong and flavorful, and the meat very appealing. I also had the shrimp spring rolls, which when mixed with the peanut sauce and a little sri ra cha sauce was a flavor celebration in my mouth. The iced coffee took a while to come out, as it should, and was conveniently in a to-go cup. Well done! The service was friendly, food came out super quick, and a great value to boot. They also let me use their wifi, which was a perfect touch to the visit. My only wish was foe more jalapeños on the accompaniments tray. If I were local, this place would be my new go-to pho spot. We usually head to Federal when we want authentic vietnamese noodle bowls. I'm so glad we found Pho Khang, closer to home and just as good. We started with the shrimp spring rolls, nice size order with two rolls, fresh, with a flavorful peanut dipping sauce. Tried the grilled shrimp Vietnamese bowl, very fresh grilled shrimp and nice presentation. Next time I want to try their bobo smoothies, the menu was extensive and enticing. Traveling across the United States, by far some of the best Pho I've encountered across Virginia, Minnesota, and Hawaii. Huge bowl with a well balanced meat to noodle ratio (hearty portions of meat) and of course a great broth. I got #17 with Thai Tea and Boba. The meat was well seasoned and the vermicelli tasted great, as expected. I thought the Thai tea was a little too sweet for my taste and the boba was pretty hard, which makes me think that it was old boba. The atmosphere was exactly like a normal pho restaurant.
