Honestly best restaurant within a 50 mile radius for sure, I have eaten at almost every place in Watsonville and Santa Cruz, I am a huge foodie in San Jose being a regular at places like Fleming's, Phở Hà Nội, Shabuya Hot Pot, etc... I understand good food and service and have no problem paying for it. I am flabbergasted and severely impressed at the quality of the food, the price, and the hospitality here. Very much unlike every other place in the area. If you understand business then you know putting this restaurant here was a shot in the dark but now that I know of this place, I will be coming back pretty much on a daily basis and bringing people here as well. I know Santa Cruz tourists think they find "hidden gems" with some of the restaurants here which is ok and I've tried them but it's only just good for this area. But Phở Kitchen in Watsonville is completely unrivaled and incomparable with anything else. The English language doesn't have the words to correctly describe how wonderful this place is. I finally found a place where I feel like I'm at home here. I couldn't be more happy to have this experience. I had the pleasure of meeting Thu and Tâm. Taking the time to get to know me, care about how I am, be genuine and kind with everything they say, and even helping me learn new things in life as well as the culture of the restaurant is 100% going above and beyond in customer service and professionalism while upholding and exceeding company standards. I really hope more people find out about this place because my experience here is something special that I haven't had at any restaurant in a very very long time. Price of food/ drinks is very inexpensive for the quality of everything. Service is super fast, I ordered a plate that came out fresh and hot in 5 minutes, every bite of the meat is juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside, noodle and rice texture is phenomenal, nothing is greasy or soggy or anything, just perfect. Service is 11/10 which is impossible to find nowadays. Still blown away every time I come here how wonderful they treat people. I wish my own family treated me this good haha! We just went to try to order, their open sign was on when we arrived, we parked and as we were getting out of our car we saw the workers run to turn off the open sign. Businesses are getting lazy, closing early to paying customers. Won't be eating there again. read more

We gave the new restaurant a try for the first time and we are so happy on how delicious our food was. We put our order in as a pick up and were told about 15 minutes and surly 15 minutes it was. The pricing is decent for the amount that is served. We felt it was very generous. Our order was Beef Stew Noodles, Chicken Noodle and BBQ Chicken Vermicelli, and everything was delicious. It's exciting that the place continues as a Pho spot. Looking forward on going back to try other items from their menu. read more

My granddaughter loves coming here for the bubble drinks. We have gotten food here a few times and it's ok. We do not eat this style of food often so please keep in mind we don't have much to go off of. The pho we had was decent. I tried the non spicy and it had a good broth. I understand the meat cooks in the broth, but the quality is questionable. My meat did seem pretty raw when when I started eating it so I mostly ate the broth and noodles. They have an assortment of lighter food which my grand daughter has gotten. It is good, but nothing special. I do appreciate how kind the young girls here are. The staff is outstanding and kind. This is the third reincarnation of pho in the same area. This was a decent version of pho but was disappointed with portion size. I liked the fact that they used the traditional fatty beef brisket but the "meatballs" was one meatball cut in half. So I had very high hopes for this place based on reviews. I usually go to Salinas for VERY GOOD pho. I was hoping this place would be just as good but I was very disappointed. I got a number 26 which was a beef pho. I could not bring myself to eat more than a few bites. The broth was just not it. It had a very weird taste. I usually don't add any sauces directly into the soup itself but I tried my best to make this pho edible and nothing helped. If you are a pho lover like I am do not go to this place.
