The lunch special, on weekdays from Monday-Friday, 11am- 3pm, offers any pho, with either 2 spring rolls or 2 eggrolls and a fountain drink. I usually pay a few extra dollars more to get the Thai tea. Still a great deal! Service is courteous and kind. May be a little slow if it's busy, but with this view- who really minds? The view is just of a bunch of boats on the water. So it's not like you are having dinner by the ocean.
