    Godly Chicken Pho

Decided to give Pho Vietnam a try while visiting from Houston. I've had tons of pho in Houston but this right here, tops everything I've had before in both taste and price. For $13, I got fresh and hot tea, a glass of water, this divinely soup, AND a banana dessert. The soup had me eating with eyes closed while nodding my head. This will now become my go to spot for lunch when visiting Fort Smith.

Home cooking, real prices with great service. Clean area in an old gas station but don't be surprised.

#95 I wasn't expecting much from a rice, tofu, and vegetable dish, but this was so flavorful! This is hands down my most favorite restaurant in town.

The food here is 10/10! The atmosphere is casual, approachable and inviting. I recommend the veggie sandwich! TRY IT! It will not be what you expect. Go!

Stopped in this cute place on our way to Hot Springs. It's true what other say that you might miss it if you're not looking for it. We loved the humble ambiance and all the plants inside. The food was great. The shrimp egg rolls were the star of the show, and the dipping sauce was to die for. My chicken pho was peppery and generous and my BF got what can only be described as a breakfast banh mi. Our waiter was kind and attentive. Loved the complementary hot tea and banana dessert as well!

Honeydew and Mocha Boba with Tapioca

The restaurant was bought buy a couple and they've been running it for years. The decorations are something of what I'd imagine my grandparents decorating as and give a nostalgic feel. The Boba was super delicious as we got Honeydew, Mocha, and Strawberry. We also ordered several appetizers that included egg rolls and dumplings, and they served this complimentary tea that kept us warm in this chilly weather! I had the Seafood Sandwich and it was absolutely great. Any place that can take a variety of one set of food and combine it (successfully) is a prize in my book. The service was great, food was fantastic, and this will always be a gem my friends and I will love to stop and eat at whenever in town in my book. Hopefully it's in yours too!

Outside of the restaurant! I thought it was neat that they converted a gas station.

Even though I am not a fan of Pho, this place had a dish even I enjoyed. My friend loves it here so I give it a big "Yay!"

Food and service was really good. Minus 1 star because they no longer serve Pho or vermicelli…read morenoodles. The egg rolls were as another reviewer posted, definitely on point and I should have ordered two orders. The chicken wings were large and meaty and had good flavor for plain wings. The only downside for me was the bahn mi as it was too sweet inside and wasn't really the traditional French baguette bread I'm accustomed to being from California, where Vietnamese eateries are plentiful but overall it wasn't a bad experience, just disappointed that they didn't have what I was expecting, especially since Pho is in their name. I'd still come back for their egg rolls and to try some other things.

This place could survive based solely off the spring rolls alone…read more I haven't tasted fresher ingredients stuffed in a rice wrap since the summer of '09, right before our own local Vietnamese establishment shut it's doors for good. The cilantro wasn't soapy, the shrimp and chicken were sliced as thin as the rice wrap and flavorful beyond compare. The rice noodles were a cold and perfectly sticky consistency that added a bit of perfection to the overall consistency. The lettuce crunched, the carrots snapped and the peanut butter sauce absolutely banged. Pro-tip: if the chef suggests you stir in a little of her homemade hot sauce, do it. Three words: Off. The. Chain. The first $5 order of two rolls hit the spot, but didn't satisfy my craving. And when I say "didn't satisfy" I mean I could've ate 20 of the dang things before settling into a food coma. I didn't just want more, I needed more. So, I ordered more assuming I'd have a snack when I got home an hour later. Didn't happen. The rolls didn't make it out of the parking lot. Before I even turned the ignition over I had the second order of Vietnamese heaven demolished and devoured, not even a tuft of cilantro left lingering on the styrofoam serving tray. Overall a great experience. Stopped for a little snack and had my life changed. Despite being in the food court of a mall, it's a dead mall, the mood was chill and relax. The pricing was fair and the staff were exemplary. The chef was great at making conversation (even if she didn't necessarily have a choice) and the cashier seemed to genuinely appreciate my compliments in regards to the food. Definitely can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.

Driving from Tulsa to Memphis and found this place on the way back. I am so glad I picked it! Got…read morethe Super Bowl, egg roll and wonton soup. Egg roll was fine but, wonton soup was a bit odd because the wontons are fried but the broth was very good. The star was the Super Bowl. Roasted chicken, fried shrimp and some braised beef on top of noodles, onions and cabbage. Seems to me like home cooking and it was delicious! I will try to stop in every time I come through town. Fort Smith is super lucky to have this place and I would love to have it in Memphis.

5-star food .... I don't think so…read more The restaurant is small. The tables are packed in tightly together. When we entered there was quite a crowd. The menu is on the wall. It is advisable to visit the restaurant's Facebook page before you go to the restaurant. It will save time and save your neck, from trying to read the menu that is mounted up on the wall. There are helpful pictures on one of the walls. Order and pay at the counter. The food is delivered to the table. My wife had the Chinese Chicken. Stewed chicken pieces smothered in a seasoned gravy over a big pile of rice with a little cabbage on the side. The gravy tasted like it may have been seasoned with Chinese Five Spice. The meat was good and it tasted fine, but overall boring and not recommended. I had the Super Bowl. All the meats on this bowl were good. Bright red Char siu style chicken, good tender beef slices, and excellent tempura fried shrimp. All stacked on a big pile of rice noodles with a few slices of cabbage on the side. The noodles were in a sweet brown sauce that I didn't care for. The fried shrimp is delicious and recommended. The food is not impressive enough to get me back in the restaurant or even recommend it over some of the other excellent Asian restaurants In Ft. Smith. Diamond Head 2, a version of average Chinese food. Then there are these repurposed flip top Parmesan cheese containers (think Kraft Parmesan cheese bottles.) There are one or two of them on every table filled with a nasty looking sauce concoction. The top of the bottles are open, and they have a spoon stuck in them to serve yourself up whatever that is inside. You would have to be a brave soul to actually use the sauce. I'm surprised this gets past the health department.
