Pork banh mi and Vietnamese coffee
    Victoria C.

Pho Win is one of my favorite weekday lunch spots - it's very clean, well lit, and the service is always quick and attentive. The pho is always a reliable staple, but my usual order is a pork banh mi and a Vietnamese coffee. The latter is served up so you can mix it yourself and watch the coffee drip brew in real time. You can always count on this place for a solid, stress free lunch!

Really great service, food came out fast and hot. Some of the best pho and wings in town.

The food was served piping hot and tasted fresh. At first it took a while to be greeted and have our order taken, but once we placed our order, service was quick and the employees were friendly. We will return to try more food items. We got the brisket pho, beef stew with egg noodles, and shrimp egg rolls. Everything was so delicious!!

Rare beef and brisket pho. Crispy eggroll appetizer.

Stopped in for lunch. Had a bowl of rare beef and brisket pho and the crispy eggroll appetizer. Both were delicious. I've been trying pho at different restaurants around town and so far this is the best one I have found. It had that simple but comforting flavor and a decent number of add-ins on the side. The food came out very quickly, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely go back again.

Pho Win had great pho. It was tasty and flavorful. The service was great we got we ordered our food quickly and got our food very fast. The spring rolls were great. The only thing is that they need to clean the bathroom and maybe do some cleaning around the booths.

First off don't let the unassuming location fool you! This place earned solid top marks for almost all the food we ordered. We started with yakimandu and crab rangoons. Both were 10/10. For mains we ordered Pho that had tripe, brisket and beef. Wish it had a bit more meat but a solid 8.5/10. Next was Sautéed Shaken Beef 10/10. Combination Fried Rice with Beef, Chicken & Shrimp 8.5/10. Taro was 9/10. The outlier was the Grilled Onion Korean Beef. This was a 1/10. There were only 4 small pieces of beef that were very tough and had very little edible meat. I do NOT recommend this at all! The other super positive was our waitress she was great!

The food was delicious! And good sized portions. Drinks came in cans so no refills. Coconut smoothie was sooooo good. Service was quick and food came out quick. Cute spot to chill after a long day.

Good solid bowl of Pho. A little on the salty side but good. The Rice Paper Spring Rolls are a good size too. We'll be back.

Finally got around to trying this place out and regret not going sooner! It's a small(ish) place…read moreso there was a small wait on a cold day but well well worth the wait! Once we got sat we placed our orders and had food in front of us in 15ish minutes? It was great. The wings were delicious, you could throw the sauce on a tire and I'd eat it. The bowls were so refreshing and delicious and the pho was perfect. I can't wait to go back! Give this place a try, be aware the parkings tight, don't get overwhelmed or thrown off find the parking get inside and be ready for some amazing food from amazing people! Side note: everytime the older Vietnamese women came to clear our plates as we finished she told us good job for fishing our food and tbh it felt so warming and homey without thought

I am afraid that I must change my review of Pho Kim Long. I am sad to do so because this was one of…read moremy favorite local restaurants for over a decade. However, my most recent encounter has soured me completely, and I think I will never return. My favorite dish here was something that did not appear on the menu, Bo Tai Chanh salad. Even though it was not listed, they would whip it up at my request. It consists of beef cappaccio on an iceberg lettuce salad with Vietnamese vegetables and a fish sauce based dressing. Tonight they refused my order. What makes this refusal all the more frustrating is that Pho Bo Tai Chanh (the soup version) is listed on the menu and promoted as one of the favorite dishes. All that was needed, to meet my request, was to cut up half a head of lettuce and throw the non-liquid ingredients of the soup on top. Every restaurant should remember the customer is always right. Their only purpose is to meet their customers' requests to the best of their ability. I understand when a kitchen cannot meet requests with the ingredients or equipment they have. For example, I always call 24 hours ahead to order Peking Duck because the traditional methods require that amount of time to prepare the dish. Or I remember being refused a request to have my meat served rare when the restaurant had already cooked all its meat to medium rare using sous vide. I don't expect the kitchen to do the impossible. But every kitchen must be ready to meet special request whether health related like peanuts, shrimp, gluten, salt, carbohydrates, etc. or relate to tastes or ethics like vegetarian, vegans, seafood, etc. To fail one's customers is the first step to being one of the numerous restaurants to fail and become irrelevant. Any restaurant that refuses to meet reasonable requests fails the fundamental test for good service and does not deserve to be patronized. P.S. I end up going down the road to Yaya's Thai Restaurant (another local restaurant) to get something that met my tastes and preferences.
