The teller initially told me it wasn't possible, but I asked for a supervisor. I wouldn't have expected the teller to be able to solve it, of course. The only quibble is that they should have immediately referred me to a banker. I had the good fortune to work with Brigette who understood the issue, and literally typed out the required information by hand. I mean, this is not the kind of service you'll get at a larger bank. She actually apologized for taking too long. Despite the hassle, she was all smiles. And she solved my problem right there and then! Their tech and website isn't as good as a larger corporate bank with nearly unlimited resources, but their customer service makes it 100% worth it to bank with them.
