This company does my son's school photos twice a year. Twice a year I pay $60 PER DIGITAL COPY,…read moreusually two copies each time, for mediocre photos. This time, in the group photo, my son is the ONLY kid not looking. I asked if they could retouch the photo, which any studio would have done before ever posting the photo publicly. I was told that they would charge me $10 to fix a photo that should have been fixed before it was released to me, and they'd invoice me for the amount BEFORE I could even see the quality of the work they did. I just think it's absolutely absurd they want to charge such astronomical pricing for mediocre at best work and then nickel and dime you for stuff that should have been handled before the photos were even released to me.

My favorite thing about working with her is that she is fun, energetic, and really gets involved. I was sad that I wouldn't get the photos I wanted due to the rain. I emailed her on Jan 6, and after almost 2 weeks of waiting, I finally had to call her on the 17th. When she answered, she sounded annoyed and through the whole conversation she seemed as though I was wasting her time. After our conversation, I thought we were getting somewhere. She had me email her again, and she quickly responded to that message. However, after I responded to her last email, I waited a week before I called her again on Jan 29. Once again, her phone etiquette was lacking. After explaining who I was and what I was calling for, she said she was in a loud place and asked if she could "call back real quick." As of Feb 3, I have yet to receive a call back. On the same day I was blown off by Tammy, I contacted Paula at Snaps by Salas. Within 30 minutes of talking with Paula, I had a session booked and have already had my pictures taken.
