They had a nice selection of the real stone veneer that I was interested in purchasing. I selected the type I wanted and placed the order. I told the clerk how many square feet I had and he said 10 boxes should do it but we should add another box for cutting waste, so I added another for a total of 11 boxes. I looked at the invoice when I got outside and the invoice stated "no returns on loose bagged material" Ok. I only used 9 boxes and called to make sure I could return the 2 unused, unopened, boxes for refund or credit and was told that I could not. I was not told in advance that I could not return the unused (unopened) boxes. A restocking fee would be fair but I feel he pushed me to take and extra box or two to pad the bill, knowing that the material has very little waste, (whatever you cut off bottom row, starts the new row). Mixed bag experience. Might be fine for the pros who do a lot of business with them but I would not recommend Phoenix Building Supply for the non professional. read more
