I am not a big negative reviews guy, but this woman triggered me beyond belief…read more I was looking into possibly getting some coaching in the future with Michelle Terrell (at the moment of this post I can't financially afford it and was up front with her about it), but signed up for a free 15 minute phone consult because she seemed like a decent enough lady with lots of credentials. To be fair, we had had some disagreements on FB (I disagreed with some of her posts) in months past and at that time she seemed to take the disagreements professionally/with a grain of salt. I determined after swapping a few FB PMS with her (didn't even make it to the phone consult stage), her coaching style simply was too harsh/abrasive/in your face for my liking, as she truly lacks compassion, empathy and other necessary attributes someone who is a life or dating coach optimally should possess. In my opinion, she was unjustly abrasive when I poured out my heart to her, admitted personal flaws, suicidal ideations from depression and genuinely asked for guidance. In her very first UNEDITED response she said, (regarding our past disagreement on her posts), "You come off as a know it all authority jerk on my page so clearly who you are inside is not conveying and that's because who you THINk you are is not the image you want to share, but who you really are is who needs to come forward and the off putting guy needs to dissolve away off of you." It went downhill from there. I have all the messages saved if anybody requires further proof. Who calls a potential future client a know it all authority jerk right out of the gate? FINAL VERDICT- Michelle Terrell claims to be on the side of men, but jumps to hasty, accusatory conclusions, has anger and impatience issues, shows no compassion, empathy or the same open mindedness she expects her clients to exercise and takes her frustrations out on the men she claims to want to help. This is probably the reason she only has literally 3 reviews on the web at this moment (and they are ALL negative) and why she deletes any comments that disagree with her on her page because she is infallible and will not stand for being disagreed with...EVER.

During the call, I was on my way driving to work but Ling was sure patience enough to listen to me and gave me some information regarding what she does, recommended hypnotherapy and schedule me to come in to see her. So far I have gone through 3 sessions with her and she made me realize, opened up my mind and educated me on thinking more positively. I have let go a lot of unpleasant feelings and slowly working my way up. She is not only a life couch but also a friend, because she truly cares and make me feel great about myself once again.
