There are no words that can express how thankful, satisfy and happy I am with this team. This team went above and beyond to get my house ready for the market in just a few days. Update- Called Handyman and inquired about the Pella lock replacement part that was ordered. Told…read moreit finally became available and that the technician Jimmy B, would be available Wednesday between 2-3 pm which was fine. Got a call from Jimmy Wednesday morning asking if he could come over earlier. No problem! Come on over! Jimmy arrives at 12:20, and removes the temporary lock, and after some adjustment procedure on the new lock, it was installed. Door now locks perfectly, and is back in the original looking condition. The original estimated labor charge was now paid. The process of fixing the Pella French door took longer than expected, only because of getting the needed replacement parts. I don't hold that against Handyman as it was beyond their control. The work done by Jimmy B was first class and yes I would recommend Handyman to those who require that type of service.

My first floor is covered in ceiling dust and the company has ghosted me. I called them last Friday and they said they would sent someone out a 2 PM. He didn't show and no one has notified me since. I consider the job abandoned and have hired someone else.

He got up on the roof within 24 hours of me calling him and gave me an estimate on two different roofs that I needed him to fix for me. He explained what the cost was going to be for materials and he actually met me at Lowe's in order to pick up the materials and I could pay for them there. It was the next day when he was able to complete the repairs on both roofs and I just had to pay him for the labor costs. He takes cash or CashApp only. I will definitely be using him again in the future whenever I need some stuff done. He will do the small jobs that the big roofing companies don't seem to have the time for.

The hurricane beat them up pretty bad. Although we feel somewhat exposed, the comfort of knowing the threat of gigormous limbs continuing to fall on us is GONE!!! The stumps were grinded to shreds, and all debris was removed promptly. They have excellent work ethics: no profanity, smoking or loud music either. A respectful crew. The total cost was beyond reasonable. We highly recommend Grand Magnolia. I forgot to mention, I asked for a recommendation for repairing our fence which was also damaged. I didn't realize fence repair and replacement was another service they offer. Completely repaired and a brand new gate in hours. It's a wonderful feeling to have the sense of relief from the danger of the trees!!!
