Sheldon is the best! . I was devastated when my iPad screen broke last night. I was leaving for a trip the next day at noon. I called Sheldon at 6:00 pm. I accidentally shattered my boyfriend's screen so I came here to replace it. I spent some time looking around for a place that had a decent price and good reviews and this place was definitely the best and lived up to the reviews. It was only $80 to replace the iPhone 5s screen and the guy actually took a little bit off because I paid with cash, it would've been $86 something otherwise. They replaced the phone screen in under 45 minutes and it looks and works great. If I shatter his phone again then I'll be coming back. read more

Well, every review that is positive is spot on. I took my iPad in at 1 o'clock on a Wednesday and it was ready by 4 o'clock. Timely, efficient, and looks great! Cheaper than taking it to the Apple Store, which cost about half the value of what you paid for the iPad upon purchase. So, without hesitation Id say this is the perfect place for any cracked screens! Job well done, guys! Man, I seriously love this place. I walked in with a bad problem and in seconds Christopher had the phone taken apart and told me exactly what was wrong with it, what my options were and was completely helpful and professional. He even showed me how everything worked and where the breaks normally occur. At any rate, I had gone to a bunch of other places, but he actually was able to get in there and fix the problem for a fraction of what they would have charged anywhere else. At any rate, I basically still have a phone thanks to this guy's help and you would have to be insane to go anywhere else. The service here is so great and friendly and the owner is very honest. For this area- it's as good as it gets. Back in Boston I paid much less for a screen - though it was an older model phone. I went to the other guy who has better ratings, and he was closed, for the second time! When my husband went to him - he arrived late and could have cared less. Poor business practice. Went Phone Phix out of need because my cell phone screen was cracked and Sheldon's place, Phone Phix was stone throw from the other guy. Brought the Iphone 4 in for replacement glass. He was very cordial and quoted 2 hours. When I came back it was done. However, he didn't put the case back on it. So I went right back and asked for the case and he argued with me and then I had my daughter come in and confirm it had a case. He flat said no you didn't it would be right here I know it didn't have a case. So we left more angry about him adamant over and over we were wrong. As we were pulling onto the street he ran out and flagged us down and said oh I found it on the back table. If his work area was not the biggest mess I have ever seen it might have been easier to find the case. If he is going to argue like that and not admit he might be wrong what else may he be like that with???? No I would not go back to him. read more

Awesome Experience! it took 10-15 minutes to get my IPHONE 4S screen repaired on a Saturday at 4:45pm, Simple and easy and I saved $10..my IPHONE now looks brand new...5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!! I actually headed to Chip & Bytes, because they advertised to be open till 6pm Monday to Saturday. I called prior to arrival no answer, but message stated "we are help other customers" ....not closed. I went into Phonephix to have them look at my iPhone 5. I had just come from the Apple Store and they told me my battery was fine but I had a "bad port" and since the warranty was up I would need to buy a new phone.
