It's been almost a month and the replacement screen I ordered still has not arrived yet. I was told 1 week I would be getting a call and nothing came in and no one called. I called again after 2 weeks and they said they would look into it and call me back that day. No one ever called back. I tried calling today and no one is picking up the phone. I would not do business with these guys. I'm going over there today in person and demanding a refund. I'll take my business somewhere else. Update: i went to get my refund from the store in person since they weren't answering the phone. The guy "Emad" behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude and was blaming me for it taking a month for THEIR screen to come in. He was chatting up 2 girls at the counter for 10 minutes before acknowledging me even being there. Nothing to do with business, but chatting. After running my information, he said it's in. I told him i wanted a refund. It took over a month with no one contacting us and we gave up and got it fixed somewhere else. He kept saying bring the phone in and we'll fix it. Apparently it had been in over 10 days. I said impossible. I called last week and the man on the phone said it wasn't in. I called 2 weeks ago and it wasn't in. He was arguing over and over again about "Then we called and you didn't answer the phone". He was arguing over and over again how this was my fault and I wasn't getting any refund. So i needed to bring the phone in. I told him I was contacting my bank for a fraud charge and i was contacting a manager. He was being rude and I was insulted the way he was treating a customer. This was their fault the screen didn't come in 1 week (As quoted 5-6 days) and no one called to tell me it was in. He said no refund. I was on the phone with my bank and he said "Wait, i'll give refund." He was still arguing with me about it being my fault and saying next time answer your phone. I called him some cuss words and told him i received no missed calls or voice mails from the Phone Hub store. He said, "You just didn't answer your phone." he tried to show me more accounts and how mine was labeled as late because i didn't come in to get my phone fixed. i told him i was calling a manager and making a formal complaint. I select no stars. This company is located near a military base, and it continues to receive bad reviews many people leaving with broken phones when just trying to get help . after leaving a bad review the people there say it's untrue then accuse customers of streaking money from them when they have no idea who they are accusing. Seriously the good reviews are more and likely from other employees. Not once is there a reply saying we are sorry we can make this right. Nope it's just mean and unprofessional. Very disappointed that they treat people like they do, especially when it's our military they are doing this too, yes this recently happened to a family member and when we left a bad review they accused my son in the military of stealing , not on his review or mine on a friends so they had no clue who they were accusing . Look up the reviews for this phonehub in panama City Florida and save yourself the grief and money . I've contacted the company left many emails with no response. My son walked in with a brand new $500 phone left with a broken phone which voided his warranty and had to buy another at his expense. Rude unprofessional business.Needs looked into and shut down! i took my phone to get it repaired last week, paid an extra 30 dollars to have it rushed for the next day, he reassured me that my phone would only take 2 hours to fix once the part came in. I waited all day and finally had to call him, he said oh ya your phone has been ready we just got busy. make sure u bring receipt when u come. mind you id already put 300 dollars down but still owed 87 more dollars. I get there my phone is not charged and it smells like glue. then last night my phone started to glitch and then completely shut down and now wont come back on. ill be heading there this morning to see what he has to say but I am pissed. read more

I had a cracked screen for months with no touch screen issues but finally decided to get my screen fixed. I dropped my phone off at PhoneHub and was informed it would be about an hour. So I come back and they kept adding 10-15 minutes at a time, multiple times. At this point I'm running out of time because I had to leave for work. I finally got my phone back and left. Within 15-30 minutes later i started noticing weird glitches and then my screen would go completely black and required me to lock my screen and unlock it a couple of times to make the screen pull back up. So I called them and told them I was coming back. He told me it was my fault and needed to stop pressing the screen too hard?????????? I have a touch screen phone. I used it as one would use a touch screen phone... they finally agreed to fix it but I had to be at work so my mom said she would pick it up for me. They were very rude to my mom and told her that it was my fault and they would not be fixing it again. It's now been a few weeks and still haven't dropped it but it appears the bottom right corner of my screen is popping up and my home button isn't working. I now have to go to another place and pay to get my screen fixed when I already paid phone hub $150 to fix it. Between the rude customer service and lack of knowledge of how to fix a phone, I would highly driving right past this place and go in town/to the beach if you want to receive 1. Decent service and 2. A functioning phone. Also, they were rude to my mom the nicest person alive so I think everyone should protest this place just for that reason. Don't be mean to my mom. read more

I took my friends smashed phone in to Phone Hub to be repaired. The salesperson, Emad, assured me the motherboard from the smashed phone was good. He said that if I ordered the exact same phone from him, he could put my motherboard into the new phone. He told me the total cost was $95. I asked if that included labor and he said the total with labor will be $128. I paid in full and he ordered the new phone. He said it would take one week. It took two weeks. When the phone came in, I was called to come pick it up. I asked if my motherboard was installed in the new phone. The salesperson said, "Come back in 30 minutes and it will be done." I returned in 45 minutes and the store had customers waiting. When it was my turn, I was told, "Your motherboard is no good so I put the original "new" motherboard back into the new phone. I was not shown that the old motherboard didn't work. Seems like a good employee would "show" the customer the problem. He did not refund the $33 dollars I had paid him to complete the work. The whole purpose of me taking the phone there in the first place was to recover all the information from my friends smashed phone. I feel that I was cheated. I talked with a friend of mine and he told me that he had a similar experience. He took his phone there to have the battery replaced. It had 3 percent charge at the time he dropped it off. The Phone Hub salesperson, told him to: " Come back in 30 minutes and it will be replaced. When my friend returned and powered his phone up, it still had only 3 percent battery charge. Before he turned it back on, the salesperson told him the battery had been changed. If you have work done at this place, you will most likely be cheated and the work will not be done.
