The battery on my Canon Rebel T6i was completely dead, and it wouldn't charge at all. Not good, as I was going to take a train/flight the next day to another country, and I absolutely needed a working camera. I took my battery to this store, and the man at the counter actually charged it to a state where it could be charged by a normal charger. For free! And he promptly helped me find a good charger that worked with my battery and charged in the car! I really wanted a simple USB car charger for my canon battery. All in all, a positive experience. I would go back should I ever want any camera-related things in a hurry.
