We paid an extra £15 for the delivery of this chest freezer and definitely did not receive 15…read morepounds worth of service. In total I believe the staff were here for 4 minutes and were itching to leave as soon as they looked at my doorframe and refused to attempt to try and find a way to get the freezer into my living room and informed me multiple times "we arent paid to do this". This is unacceptable considering I paid money to deliver it so yes, they are paid to do this. They lazily informed me that I should take the hinges off but when I asked if they would I was shot down with a "no. I'm not paid for that". Clearly the staff have an attitude problem and zero customer service skills. Taking advantage of the fact that people require delivery of items and charging them only to have the staff almost leave it in the hallway is disgraceful. I asked if taking the hinges off would guarantee it would go in, as if it didn't it would mean we would have to return it and I'm guessing the company wouldn't have accepted it if the hinges had been removed. They did not give me any sort of guarantee that it would fit in. One person suggested tape measuring but the staff did not take this into account and just verbally said "I'm sure it would fit" I understand they have other jobs to get to but this attitude is disgusting and they shouldn't have a time frame that's less than 5 minutes to deliver this item. The staff forced my elderly father to lift the sofas and push the door and pretty much get it in ourselves. I would hope the staff members would go through some sort of disciplinary service as I myself have worked in retail and if I had spoken to customers like your staff did today I am 100% sure I would have been dismissed.

Found Fawcett to be the best online price and ordered a Green Genie filter box and 10 metres of…read morepipe for my pond. True to there word the items were out for delivery next day via DPD, after only one item arrived at halfords for collection i spoke to Fawcett who went straight to work with DPD to investigate where the item had gone and said she would call me back tomorrow and either send a new pipe next day if it couldn't be located. That evening my neighbour comes around with the missing parcel and all is good (minor error from DPD). I then went to set the filter up and found the glass for the UV light broken spoke to Fawcett again who without hesitation sent a new glass out next day. I felt the service by Fawcett was very personal and couldn't do enough to help me. Thank you very much and look forward to purchasing products from you in the future.Chris Benton

I sought out what I wanted, amidst wandering and pondering through the isles of how much cooler some of these toys were compared to my gadgets. WATERGUNS!!! Have you actually seen the range they have?? I wish I'd taken a picture. You had the cheap, the decent and the expensive but one could be found worthwhile to last the summer of fun we planned ahead :) Even though the water pistle extravaganza escaped photographic evidence, the giant Lego built Lego man did not!
