I found two old films at home and I was looking somewhere GOOD to develop them. Then I made some research and Photo Hippo came to me! It feels like i have been searching all my life to find somewhere GOOD to develop my camera films for me... Im sick and tired of the poor service and lack of knowledge from Snappy Snaps stores. They are convenient...but..they are dead to me! OK I feel bad now. I have met some very pleasant staff there, it's just a shame the rude ones have to ruin it for everyone! Since stumbling across The Whole Picture, all things photography have been made a lot easier for me. They offer all the standard developing services, enlargements and student discount. They are extremely reasonably priced. If you still use 120 films and struggle to get them developed, then this is the place for you! It's mail order, so you have to send your films to them and fill in an order form online and enclose it with your order. You can write your credit card details on the order form to pay, but i usually send a cheque. As soon as they receive it they send you a confirmation email, and they usually send it back to you the next day. And they cover the postage. I would love this place to be at the end of my road, but i am coping just fine with our long distance relationship. read more

Rubbish!!!!! We sent this company a film to print last year, they sent it to the wrong address, even though they had our correct address as they had sent previous orders to it. They admitted it was their fault but did nothiong about it, by way of contacting the local sorting office to that address and asking them to make enquireys. Since then despite repeated phone calls from us, they have failed to reply. Be very careful about sending this company films, especialy if they contain pictures that you cannot get again, as ours did. Be WARNED !!!!!!! read more
