So when we booked her for our newborn session, we trusted her completely. It was a disaster. The setup wasn't ready, the staging wasn't safe or appropriate for a newborn, and at one point our baby was placed in a position that felt genuinely unsafe. Backdrops looked unprofessional. Photos came back blurry. One usable family shot out of a $725 session. We told her we were unhappy. She volunteered to reshoot at our home -- then on the day, sprang a surprise $425 charge and a time limit that had never been mentioned. Telling detail: she never asked for our address. We hadn't requested a home shoot; she offered it. Years of loyalty, one of the most important shoots of our lives, and this is how it ended. We won't be back.

For the sesion itself our photographer Brandy was professional but also very nice and sweet which made my daughter feel very at ease, happy and well, like a Fairie! They have a special dressing area where you can take some pictures too before the session begins. At the end, our photographer explained thoroughly what happens next in the process and even gave my daughter a treat! I cannot wait to see our finished pictures but I definitely was very happy with our experience and would recommend 100%!
