I went yesterday for first time, it's so easy! I work up the road & decided to call & book for later that afternoon. The receptionist was really helpful on the phone, welcoming & very attentive. The treatment rooms do have open ceilings so you can hear what is going on around you, but this really didnt seem to bother me at all, the music is so soothing & the masseuse was extremely good. She knew exactly where I was tense & worked it all out of my muscles without me telling her. The treatment room was clean, relaxing & warm. I had the Tahai herbal massage (recommended if you are stressed!) without the frangranced oil as my skin is sensitive. I can't wait to go back. Sophie read more

This is easily the best place for massage in Newcastle. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and make you feel at home. It is also really good value for money. Currently £31 per hour for a Thai massage. At a more commercial spa like in a hotel you will be charged a lot more for a more impersonal service. It is best to book in advance as it can get really busy, which is a sign of its popularity! I highly recommend this spa! read more

really really disappointed. Looks classy in pics, but the reality is all chipboard, tiny cramped booths and no privacy as can hear every word. And what was really unforgiveable was how disintersted the masseuse seemed. read more
