I had a terrible experience with this firm. I had used them for many years. They could never complete their work on time. I had to take days off from work to chase them till the last minute. They kept filing extensions to buy time for themselves. Their last minute rushing resulted in their quality going down. The dad advertises in ethnic Indian newspapers about him being an IRS agent,etc. -trying to lure people in. Over time he tried to get his son Hemish involved in the business. The quality of the work went down many notches when they hired more trainees to fill out returns, while charging full fees. His other son is a lawyer- so the old man wants to help him too through his practice. It creates all kinds of troubling conflicts of interests. This egregious behavior is completely unethical.
