They will schedule appointments out for months in advance and then fail to cancel them when you call to say you are not able to make the appointment or let them know that you will no longer be coming in due to their inability to treat your issue. I was billed for multiple appointments after saying that I would no longer be coming in. Not only that but they cited my reasons for "missing" appointments as work even though I was unable to work for several months during that time.

Julie always did my treatment plan and evaluations even though sometimes the other therapists were recruited to help me through them. My questions were always answered in a friendly manner.
