This last exam I received a telehealth exam for the second time and the process so quick and easy. The telehealth doctor made sure all my questions were answered and any concerns addressed before ending the exam. The staff Monique and Renee were very helpful and led me to having a great experience. The only miss for me with the company would be that they allow scheduled appointments to be the same time as they open. For example, my appointment was at 9am on a Thursday so I arrived 15-20 min early in case any additional info was needed for me at check in. The business did not open until 9, so my appt did start late. One thing I would change is to only allow scheduled appointments AFTER the location has been opened to allow people to be there on time and not have to wait until the doors are unlocked by employees, along with giving the employees ample time to get the business open (turn on equipment etc.)
