Wasn't feeling too good the last 24 hours, so I decided to make a trip here after I got off work. Just to make sure I'm OK. I'm sure a lot of people are in the same boat as I am. The Ladies were nice at the front desk. Last time i went to an urgent care was in Virginia and I was in and out, within an hour. Here, there were no openings for walkins, so I had to register for a virtual appointment with a doctor. Definitely different. They said to come back to the urgent care right before my virtual appointment and then if the doctor needed me to take any test, I could walk right in and get the test done and that will be it. The Telehealth service is such a rip off!! The charge $220.00 if you happen not to have insurance. My last visit last year they claimed that my insurance for which I provided them at the time of my visit was not no file. They sent me a bill of $220 to pay or to provide my insurance Infor again. I called them to give them my insurance information and I have been waiting on the phone for over one hour now and no one has answered the phone yet. My telehealth visit lasted for less than 10 minutes and that is suppose to cost $220. Take my advice and stay away from this online rip off. read more

First, a warning: You may die from Covid before you get through the door to take your Covid test. Doing my due diligent social distancing responsibilities, I signed up online for a test. Was so happy to receive a same-day test. Arrived early. Did the check in per the instructions. Waited. Waited. Contemplated ordering some Moe's, because Moe's IS fiyah. Waited some more. I realized it has been an hour and a half. At this point I did not know what I wanted more: my Covid test or Moe's. Upon finding out that I was..forgotten about, promised the next spot for testing, 30 more minutes passed & I was still waiting, I went inside. I had to re-explain what had happened. Was told that I was "called multiple times". ATT begs to differ. At this point I would just be sitting there until either Covid or low blood sugar got me. I went home. My phone died. I forgot my bag of hot Moe's comfort food. After re-charging my phone, and eating ramen noodles- made with tears and regret instead of hot water, I finally got the text message: my Covid test is ready to be administered. I'm going back. I went today to get a covid test which was required for work. Kayla administered the test and was amazing, thorough but gentle. She talked me through it and helped distract me while she was swabbing. I was really scared to get it done as I've heard many horror stories about the swab scraping your brain, and this was nothing like that. I would recommend going to Urgent Care anytime, and if she's working, ask for Kayla. read more

I'll start this review off with, it's a walk-in clinic but you CANNOT walk-in and get a covid test the same day. They'll make you schedule a covid appointment for the next day, but it's not an appointment, it's still considered a walk-in(so your seen after the people with appointments). Now when I got here in the morning, I had the "pleasure" of dealing with Gabriella. She not only didn't seem to care about her job, she is also very unprofessional and got an attitude with me over a billing question - one that's obviously changed since i was last here but i had NO idea because i don't come here often. I won't be coming back here again tho because of her. I came to get a Covid Test done so i can go back to work, not get an attitude because i was unaware of the changes to them billing people(they used to send me my bill via mail, now they demand a form of payment upfront before you even see the doctor). It's just, again, very unprofessional for someone working in a Walk-In Clinic to be acting like that to the patients there. I'll be finding another walk-in clinic to go to, because i'm just very displeased with their staff and the wait times. read more

Can't say enough good about everyone here. I walked in with a face laceration and they took such great care of me and stitched me up and my scar is barely even noticeable. The receptionist Stacy was so friendly and the Dr assistant was amazing -- i cannot remember her name but she was great. Oh and the Dr was very kind and so gentle. I didnt feel a thing. The two is only because the desk staff and support staff were wonderful, kind and engaging. The PA-C they had see me didn't knock on the door when he went to swing it open, thus almost hit our toddler. Gave us a VERY unimpressed look when my husband stopped the door and said hold on. So already not off to a great start. Spoke so quietly I had a hard time hearing him, but wasn't pleased to repeat himself. Rushed my answers, which I was likely not articulating well as is because of my back pain. You know, the pain I said I was there for. Had me do a test to try to touch my toes then yelled at me for my legs not being straight (locked) repeatedly. Guys, I can generally palm the floor. I was in tears from the pain. He had me try repeatedly and finally I had to say "no I cannot do this" before he would let us move on. Left with a script for ibuprofen and was told to see a medical doctor the next day, which is how I found ou he wasn't aone since he never introduced himself. Maybe it was an off day. Maybe bedside isn't his forte. Who knows. Would not recommend this office in the slightest.1 felt like I should have just ignored what the nurses line said and went into my normal clinic tomorrow. Receptionist and the medical assistant were great and friendly. The doctor, however, sent my husband home with instructions to take an OTC medication that his chart states he is allergic to. He was seen for debilitating neck pain (7 days of not being able to move). We called when we got home to tell them the doctor's error, and we were told to obviously not take the OTC med he is allergic to, and that if he wanted a prescription he needs to go to the emergency room. This was in addition to his unsympathetic and curt bedside manor with little to no explaination as to why my husband can't move his neck. Like, why did we even spend 2 hours of our time here? We called they said we take your insurance, we go my husband gets a bill for the visit, nope they don't take our insurance. So know we are stuck with a bill. Will never use them again. This place is absolutely horrible.. I brought my mother for a quick visit because she wasn't feeling good. she was visiting town from another country so I paid in full for her to see a doctor during her sta. The male doctor there came in and literally try to argue with my mom like she's making things up. He even tried to call her stupid. I had to step up and clarify that my mother has been a nurse for almost 30 year and she had a surgery prior and all she needed was for them to take a urine sample. I have been to the clinic twice in less than a week. First time with my daughter who had been sick for almost three weeks (2nd trip for her, my dad took her the first time). The doctor was okay, however I was not overly impressed. I went back today with my son and left totally pissed off with how rude and disrespectful this doctor was and how he treated me as if I was an idiot. My son was diagnosed with the flu. The doctor walks in, states that the flu test is positive and there is nothing he can do for him. Hands me two pieces of paper and tells me to follow up with my primary care physician. I tell him I don't have a PCP, as we have just moved here. He proceeds to tell me it is against the law to not have a PCP. What does he think, I am stupid. I have moved many times with my kids. I have a masters degree, I know it is not against the law. I came to urgent care because I don't have a PCP. If I had a PCP, I would have gone to my PCP. Glad I spent $200 for him to be rude to me, disrespectful and do nothing for my child. He did not even have the decency to tell me what to do to treat the symptoms. Good thing I am a smart mom and know how to care for my child. I can guarantee one thing, I will never go back to Physician One and I will make sure that I turn everyone away. I have already been asking about another clinic and have found one that is highly recommended. the receptionnist were so rude. They ignored my questions and kept rolling their eyes. The one that was helping me at the window got up and went on break. When i went to the window to ask a question, the african-american Ma or whatever she is told me to wait for the other one t come back, because she didn't know what I talked to her about. When i saw her come back and tried to talk to her, she said:" excuse me I am still on my break". In the meantime i was already there for about 1h30mins . The website says to just walk-in for a physical . She was telling me it would have been easier to make an appt. Seriously, the website won't even let me, because appts were for Covid testing mostly and there was no options if you have to do a physical. I'm pretty sure Yelp has the wrong address listed for this center. I came to PhysicianOne with some bad allergy symptoms at 5:30 on a weekday and I was able to leave with a perscription by 6:45. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The doctor was not in a rush and I felt like she understood my symptoms and treated me responsibly and kindly. Dr. Dalbec is very unprofessional and berating. He did not introduce himself. Just walked in and said, "what do you want a hail marry!" Continued to be confrontational to the point where I had to say to him, "if your just going to berate me and not going to help me, then I will just leave!" He was loud and pointing his finger at me like some kind of child. Very bad bedside manors, and he kept telling me what he CANNOT do for me, instead of what he Can do to help. I will never go to him again and the only good thing about the visit was the nice girls at the front desk. He did apologize at the end of the appointment for "the confratation". I went in early morning from Mohegan Sun with pain in my upper arm which came on quickly and unexpectedly. There was no wait and found the people to be both friendly and knowledgeable. I quickly had an X-ray. The office ( which was very clean) was getting busy when I left with arm in sling ! I took advice of the P.A. Mary and felt much better within 48 hrs. Nope! Had a cut on my hand, went to that particular facility to see if it required stitching or not. The receptionist did nothing but get all grossed out at seeing my wound, a physician who happened to be standing nearby took one glance at my cut and said "no" from 4 feet away when asked if my gash needed to be stitched. No up close exam, no offer to clean up the wound, not even a band-aid and I got the distinct impression that I was BOTHERING them for having shown up. The one star is only there because the front desk staff were helpful. Went in with a particularly nasty stomach flu, which I was concerned about because the symptoms presenting and the length of illness was unusual for me. Whoever originally came in and asked for my symptoms - whether it was a nurse or medical assistant - should probably not work in this field. She was visibly grossed out by any mention of bodily fluid. Sorry, lady, but you're in the medical field; what do you expect? The wait wasn't terrible, but the doctor was very dismissive. He kept talking about his experiences as a doctor over in third world countries, and how the diseases over there are much worse than anything we experience in the US. Great, but that's not why I came here. To dismiss my illness because people in a third world country have worse illnesses is ridiculous. This doctor would not listen to any of my concerns about dehydration (I had not even been able to keep water down for several days), unusual fainting, and constant dry heaving and pain. I am not one to whine about being sick and I will keep going through almost anything, so for me to go to a doctor for a flu it has to be pretty bad. However, I felt completely dismissed and like the doctor was more interested in bragging about his exploits in other countries than helping me. Maybe some of the other doctors are okay here, but I will never return. read more

They collected my money and then told me NOPE, can't do what you came for. Then I was actually told I could go to the Walk In across the street because they could do what I needed. I'd already been to that one but the line was enormous so I decided to give this place a try. Very disappointed with my experience here. Physician 1 urgent care was recommended by a friend, but I would not recommend it to anyone. I was prescribed an antibiotic which has a side effect of causing yeast infections. The doctor told me to call back if I developed a yeast infection and he would call in a prescription for that, so I called. The receptionists were no help to me. They told me I had to come back for an examination in order to get treated. The staff there obviously don't communicate with the doctors and are absolutely no help. read more
