The doctors at Cleveland Clinic saved his life! Before he could come home is that he had to get a CPAP machine to be able to come home. They suggested DME for one and at first didn't want to give me a mask with it, but after much discussion they relented. They charged him $400.00 dollars before he could get one. He put it on his Visa Debit card and paid them. He had Florida Blue that completely covered this machine. They paid DME of America the whole $400.00. They keep telling us that they will return that money to his card, but after a months long promise have not given him his money!! I don't know where do go from here, he needs that money to eat!! Please do not rent or buy from DME of America, they are not honest!!

The problem, I believe, is they had a west FL office in Venice and then shut it down and basically stopped servicing this side of the state due to cost of travel time from the east side of the state. I simply wish he would have just replied to my numerous calls to him. In the end my elevator is not functioning properly and in order to get it working properly other elevator companies are quoting crazy amounts due to the horrible (their words not mine) installation originally. Again, do NOT trust this person or company very unethical. There were two workers behind the counter who didn't even acknowledge us. There was one floor model out which we looked at and still no one came over to us. We were at this time the only customers. We decided to leave and as we did we noticed no one was at the counter. What a waste of time. I'll be bringing my business elsewhere.
