My previous review was written at a time when I was under extreme stress and dealing with several major life changes. I took out my stress in the form of aggression against an innocent party. Today I had to go in and get my vaccination or lose my job. I walked in as that's what I was told I could do. I went to counter gave my name and what I was there for. With in 5 minutes I was met by a Nurse who took me back to the room. The nurse was very thoughtful about how I was feeling. I think she knew exactly how I was feeling when she asked "Are you here for your vaccination?" I said, unfortunately. She was apologetic. Even though it was not the hospitals fault. But understood what was going on. Thank you to PMC who each time I have gone in their has always showed compassion for their patients. read more

I'm never disappointed here. from the receptionist, lab personnel, nurses and doctors the care at PMC is outstanding. Until I started going here several years ago, I had never had a doctors office be on time and actually seem to care about their patients. I cannot say enough about how outstanding PMC is. read more

I love the physicians here but recently I've not enjoyed my experience with their front desk staff. Every time I call it takes forever to get ahold of anyone. Then once I'm there they tend to be talking to each other and ignore you for an awkward amount of time before they check you in. It's sadly not a very professional look. I am always happy once I can see the providers but it's definitely annoying before you get back to see them. read more

My husband and I see Dr. Haddelland. Very happy with him as well as the NP. Very competent and service oriented. A person always calls you back and I've never had anyone ignore my issues. They take Aetna and hands their own billing. Can always get in if needed too.. read more

I have been misdiagnosed a couple times by the "professionals" that work here multiple times. Their scheduling is super difficult to work around as well. I'm a single dad that works two jobs. It's hard for me to miss a half of a day of work to get an x ray. My shoulder has been injured for months. they won't allow you to make an appointment for an x ray. you have to just show up and wait until they get to you. Completely unprofessional. This place is very hostile towards new patients. My wife and I attempted to establish primary care for our child here. When my wife called, the receptionist was very rude and her tone was very clearly that she did not care to do her job (you know, TALK TO PEOPLE and be hospitable). Whatever right? Maybe she was having a bad day that day. Over the phone she was rude to my wife, asked irrelevant questions and made demands that she did not have any business making as a receptionist. When we arrived to our appointment the receptionist was again rude and treated us like we were inconveniencing her. She started demanding our previous medical files and social security numbers even though she said we could just fill out their generic paperwork before the initial visit. (Also, The Dr. or PA could have had someone call and get the info from our previous care facility.) God forbid the lady had to pick up a phone and do her job. After we refused to provide our S.S.N's because they were not needed (Child has exceptional medical coverage not through our jobs) the receptionist got pissed and basically scolded my wife. She ordered us to speak to the billing department. Before we left the reception area she made a gesture to a co-worker of hers (no doubt they were being derogatory after the fact.) My wife and I continued our saga into the billing department. The lady there looked down her nose at us as soon as we walked through the door. She started reading my wife the riot act stating their office would be "giving us credit" if we did not provide our S.S.N's. and that we needed to pay 100% of the visit costs up front (basically because we were untrustworthy hooligans who can't afford medical care??) Paying ANY of the costs would not have been a problem whatsoever. The problem had to do with the way they were so rude, condescending and inconvenienced by our mere presence. It left an awful taste in our mouths and we cancelled the appointment on the spot. This treatment of people is completely unprofessional and unfortunately we will be driving to Sherwood now to have our son provided health care in an environment conducive to patients and not have patients treated like second class citizens that receptionists and billing department members can spit on and degrade. read more

I had to come here a couple weeks ago but my main doctor wasn't there, so a different doctor had to fill in for him, which is not the problem here at all. The guy who filled in was so demeaning towards me during the appointment. He made me feel/sound like I was a hypochondriac. For context, the day before I had woken up with an enlarged/elongated uvula, I could not swallow food and it was uncomfortable to even drink. By the time I had gone into his office, my uvula had looked relatively normal, and he proceeded to basically gaslight me, how I "probably thought that it was longer because the arches at the back of my mouth are small". Did he imply that I didn't know what my own mouth looked like?? I don't think small arches would contribute to the feeling of my uvula literally rolling back and forth at the back of my mouth. Towards the end of the appointment, he asked me "what can I say to make you feel better so you can move on with your day" and "well your uvula looks fine" and "we will just say it's due to allergies". Seriously? Due to allergies? I went to an urgent care the next day and found I had infection. I wish I was able to see Dr.H, I truly believe that I would've been able to have a civil conversation with him and I definitely would've had a smoother appointment. I may also add that the last thing he said to me was "Okay don't say I didn't help you". He also seemed like he did not want to be there, does not justify the poor care. read more

I have been taking my son to these pediatricians\nurse practitioners since he was born and have been so impressed with their level of care and compassion. From routine wellness exams to illnesses, they get us in promptly, always same day for illness, and are so kind and caring to my son. He has absolutely no fear of visiting his doctor. I also see Dr. Bliven as my primary Dr. and experience the same level of care as an adult. I refer everyone, children and adults, to PMC. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I normally never review places and am an easy going person but not after this! For starters every time I call to make an appointment the Receptionists are very rude. Well I had enough and decided to switch my sons provider to someone else. I then found out that his previous pediatrician who works at PMC let my sons Circumcised penis heal wrong!!! So the new pediatrician had to push back his foreskin ripping it from the head causing bleeding, redness, swelling, and intense pain for my son I was very very mad. Being a first time mom I was expecting a pediatrician to tell me if something wasn't looking right but I guess she couldn't care enough about my son to correct it. Now I am dealing with a 13month old son who is very uncomfortable and in pain because the pediatrician at Pmc didn't take the time to properly exam my son post-Circumcision. If I was a mom I would stay clear from this place! read more

6 weeks ago I asked PMC to approve an authorization so I could have my annual eye appointment with my ophthalmologist. I am diabetic so it's important to have my eyes checked regularly. This authorization/referral process normally takes a few days. But, as of today, they still haven't put it through. My ophthalmologist's office has called them repeatedly. I have called them repeatedly. We continually get voice mail and no one ever calls back. If you do get through to Lisa, the referral coordinator, she says she's working on it. My insurance says they have never received a request from her. I went to my eye doctor anyway, and they discovered I needed some laser surgery to correct a problem. When I went back for the surgery, still no authorization. Without it, I may be on the hook to pay out-of-pocket for the appointment AND the surgery, even though my insurance covers it. I have a friend who is an MD and left this practice because he had to physically get the paperwork from the office and hand-carry it to the VA because they couldn't manage a VA referral. I like my doctor at PMC but the admin and desk staff are just awful to deal with. read more

I have had to have my blood drawn here on several occasions. I have not had a bad experience with any of the phlebotomist that work here. Everyone is always polite and kind and the wait is really never more then 10 minutes. The facility is clean and well kept, they use all sterile techniques and they always ask me which arm I would like to have drawn that day! read more

I tried to get an appointment here and the receptionist was very rude. She sounded very inconvenienced by my call and when asking for information she was very passive. Physicians Medical is unprofessional and I won't be returning. read more

I have been a patient for a year now. I have found the friendly staff and convenience of knowledgable PA and labs on site to be wonderful. Saturday appointments help as well. Great caring people, very professional and Mac is lucky to have them. read more

My family has been going to various doctors here for over 16 years. I am pleased with the care we have received. The support staff is courteous, the nurses call back with answers to my questions, and when I am in for an appointment they make me feel comfortable and take time to answer my questions. My doctor cares about my health. The pediatric doctors took the time to explain to me what was happening with my son and what needed to be done. Lab work can be done on site. I like the Saturday hours. read more
