As an adult, the frequency of my appointments has shifted -- meaning, I do not go 3-4 times a year as a part of a wellness plan (thanks, Mom!). This past January, I had an accident where I hit my head very hard. After the event, I had pain on both my head and my neck that didn't go away. My mom suggested that I go see Lisa for a session. At the appointment, Lisa very carefully listened to my concerns and within the first few minutes of my session, I could feel the release of tension. By the end of the day, I was walking completely differently feeling incredibly better. Highly recommended for general maintenance, ongoing wellness and, of course, if there is a serious 'incident'.

I was very nervous about making an appointment because I had heard many stories about feeling worse after an appointment (at other places) from various people, but I am so very glad I went through with it. The staff were all very friendly, even on the phone when I initially booked the appointment. Dr. TJ is very friendly, and was able to ease quite a bit of my pain in the first visit.
