Mon cycle de sommeil s'est arrangé comme par miracle et je dors maintenant de 10-11h jusqu'à 6h le lendemain matin. - Pour arrêter de vapoter, j'ai vu les effets complets du traitement après 2-3 séances; j'avais commencé la patch et rendue à ma deuxième semaine j'ai juste oublié de la mettre et je n'ai pas remarqué jusqu'au lendemain; maintenant, c'est comme si je n'avais jamais vapoté. (Avant le traitement, ça faisait longtemps que j'essayais d'arrêter et je croyais que je n'en serais jamais capable). - Tout mon entourage remarque comment je suis calme maintenant (je suis normalement une personne anxieuse et réactive). J'avais également des inconforts musculaires dûs au stress qui sont maintenant disparus. - J'ai eu mon premier traitement pour problèmes digestifs aujourd'hui, donc je ne peux pas commenter sur l'efficacité mais je suis certaine que ce sera tout aussi efficace que le reste. Isabelle n'est pas la première acupunctrice que je consulte, j'avais consulté un autre acupuncteur il y a quelques années sans beaucoup de succès; je dirais qu'elle est très efficace et qu'elle sait vraiment ce qu'elle fait! Je me déplace de Blainville pour aller la voir et ça vaut vraiment la peine.

At one point, I was in such bad shape, that I asked a pro sportsperson for help, Clinique du plateau came very highly recommended. I was pretty much blown away when after one session, my therapist identified an underlying issue I had no idea about. It all made sense then! Over the years she has dealt patiently with all my aches, and questions, which not many health professionals do.Now, this is a physio clinic, so 1) it's private, expect to shell out 75$ per session (you do get an insurance receipt) and 2) expect having exercises to do at home, they are half the fun! They deal with any physical issue that might arise, not only sport injuries but also facial therapy, pediatrics and dry-needling..

My massage therapist was Karlo. I got an excellent 90-minute full-body therapeutic massage. The…read morefirst 30-40 minutes were quite intense, as he worked out the knots and kinks from my shoulders and back. If you ask for lots of pressure (as I always do), be prepared to get it as Karlo is a very strong guy. So the first half was definitely more therapeutic than relaxing. The second half of the massage was more soothing, a welcome relief from the deep tissue work. It was great - I think I was zoning in and out because I was so relaxed. The real sign of a good therapeutic massage comes in the next 24 hours. My understanding is that during massage, toxins are released, and they may make you sleepy. I had a really deep sleep that night; it's rare when I don't get up before my alarm goes off, but I was OUT. And during the day I could feel all the areas that Karlo had worked: they were tender, but not painful. I could tell that they weren't tensing up any more. Karlo is a very friendly, highly professional CMT: easy to talk to, and he knows what he's doing. The studio is clean and quaint, fairly typical - and well-located near Sherbrooke metro. I'll definitely go back in the near future.
