But they have also a rule, which they intimate in different languages (Polish, English, German) inside the spa area. Well, it is the most important rule for them:
You have to wear a swimsuit!
This might be common with the whirlpool. But they also have a so called (Finnish) "sauna".
Nudity is a required part of proper sauna etiquette!
Swimwear in a sauna is unhealthy, unhygienic and inconvenient. Period.
Otherwise please don't call it sauna. At least tell your guests, before they pay for entrance, about irregularity. My advice is to dispatch your employees to Finland to learn about proper sauna etiquette.
