Now, I have experienced such a bad customer service that I will not go back again and I can not recommend this place anymore - wohlfühlen is something different! I gave my mom a gift certificate for a pedicure at Wohlfühler. I called to set up an appointment for her - when she came back from her pedicure, she told me that they send my mom away before finishing the pedicure because, as they told her, there were other customers waiting. They gave her another certificate for 8 Euros and told my mom to come back to finish the pedicure another time (to put on color). She was pretty disappointed, so I called to ask about it. A receptionist told me she would check into it and call back the next day. She never did. So I called again one week later and got my answer from a very rude person: She told me it was my fault, because when I had set up the appointment I did not specify that my mom also wanted her nails painted. I told her she was right, I had made an appointment for a pedicure, and that usually involves painting nails too. The lady on the phone said no, not at Wohlfühler, and that next time I should read their flyers and website better, so I would know what to say on the phone. All in all it was a very unpleasant phone call, not at all what you would expect from a well-being place. Not recommended at all.
