Kayla was understanding & accommodating and allowed my credits to continue into the next month. Each instructor has their own style which offers variety to the routine. Although this is not a strength training class, it has helped my stamina a stronger core and and a taught correct movement which makes my other sport activities easier & less prone to injury. I like these reformer machines as it's easier on the joints and organ prolapse than mat pilates. It's worth giving it a try... I had no pressure to sign up & no long term commitment.
