Thought that was pretty nice and the service was great. The hotel room itself was a little bit old school. It isn't as modern as other hotels in Europe but still comfortable. I would say the best thing about the room is that it also had two chairs and a coffee table inside. The room was large too! For breakfast it was a big buffet filled with a nice coffee machine. Just press a button and it gets done in minutes. With three rows of a verity of fresh cheeses and meats. The internet was fast here and pretty up to date. In walking distance there is a small gas station that was open and it had a mini market inside with loads of beer and chips. Next to the hotel a small mini casino if you want to gamble but don't expect it to be like Vegas. Also not that many people were in this place. Don't forget to bring your passport along with you if you want to enter. Also you need to get a username and password from the front desk people to get wi-fi and it is only good for 24 hours.

They had a good rating and good prices so I figured to give them a try. I had the hotel arrange for an airport shuttle to pick me up at the beginning of my trip. When I got to the airport and gathered my luggage the shuttle was waiting with my name on a sign. This was a great start to my hotel visit as I already felt welcomed. The drive from the airport was pleasant. As I got to the hotel a nice man from the hotel came to get my bags and open doors for me. I felt like royalty. The lobby was majestic in old fashion. Checkin was a breeze and a small incidentals fee was held to my credit card; which was less then most hotels. Next I was escorted to my room by the bell boy I guess - which was the nice man that got me and my luggage from the shuttle. He showed me my room and explained some hotel details. My room came with free internet. The internet access was fast and unencumbered (yes I am a techie so I know). My room was a decent size with a king size bed and a small table. There was also a computer desk which did fit my entire laptop comfortably. The entire room was clean and well lit. They even gave some free fizzy water and chocolates for my comfort. The bed was made with split comforter. At first I though the comforter would not be warm enough but I quickly realized I wanted to bring the comforter home with me. I felt hugged by the bed. I did get a chance to eat the included breakfast everyday of my 5 night visit. I was never upset. The servers were always prompt and polite. Always a good experience. The staff that seated me for breakfast spoke clean english and was always welcoming. I didn't get a chance to use the room service but there was 24 hour food service to my room with a late night menu. The room did also have some green clean options - I selected to only have my towels changed a couple of times and not to have my linens changed for my short stay. I like these options as it shows the business cares for the environment. My showers were hot with good water pressure. The room had soaps and stuff though nothing super special. The rest of my visit was also very nice and comfortable. At the end of my visit I used the hotel shuttle to get back to the airport. I was truly upset to be leaving. This hotel understands hospitality. The older feeling of grandure and grace is a definitely love of mine. There is so much more I can say about this place but I feel the rest you will have to visit and enjoy yourself! I hope to come back soon.

I stayed here for a month and I can say that it's a super awesome hotel…read more It's probably easier to begin with flaws as there are not so much of them. First of all, location. It is pretty far from the city center, around 30 minutes by tram. Secondly, wi-fi speed has quiet moderate speed. Also they generate a password of random symbols and digits, and you have to enter this password every time you connect to Internet on every device, and there is no possibility to save it. You have no other options but to remember it for the rest of your life, damn-leave-my-head-already-rrrr Apart from the above, everything else is great. The building is very new and is located in a calm and peaceful region of Krakow, I would stay there further if it wasn't so far from my work :(. The staff is polite and helpful, and speaks excellent English. The tram station is in 100m from the entrance. There are two supermarkets and a restaurant on the first floor, as well as some other shops. Even the smallest rooms have a kitchen, there are also fridge and microwave. And I like the overall style of the room (look at those photos! *_* ) It's possible to rent rooms for long term, the cost for the month was ~2000 pln. It's not so much higher than to rent a good apartment. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Krakow. Okay, I've vagued for some minutes and changed the rating from 5 stars to 4. Besides two flaws mentioned at the beginning people also complain about food for breakfast and the expensive underground parking. I do not know, didn't try neither of them, but be aware.

The location is great--close the the Main Market Square but not IN it. It's about 4min walk from the main square--which means it's quiet and not super crowded at night when sleeping, but also not far from the fun! A nice cafe is on either side of the apartment building, which is wonderful for breakfast! The room itself was newly lovely! We were downstairs in a newly renovated two bedroom apartment. It had a spacious bathroom with beautiful shower and sleek sink (and towel warmer). The bedrooms and living area were a lovely mix of both modern and old world charm. Exposed brick and old world furniture juxtaposed with clean lines in the kitchen, light fixtures, & bath. Very much appreciated the small (but new) washer for our clothes as well! No dryer but a drying rack was provided. Overall we felt this was the perfect place to stay while visiting Krakow!

However, the young man at the reception was so incredibly rude I opted to check out instead and found another hotel for the night. Tried to charge me 3x the original amount for the room and was very unwelcoming/unpleasant.
