During the time that I was doing my research for a photobooth for my wedding this fall, I was at a birthday party and they had hired Pic A Photobooth. The owner, Ronald, was extremely interactive with the guests, they had fantastic props and the picture strip design was top notch. I proceeded to reach out to them to see if our wedding date was available. Luckily it was and their prices were very reasonable! Ronald was very attentive, responding to emails and calls within the hour usually and answered all my questions in a professional manner. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly. The silver background was very elegant, the setup looked neat. The photo strip was customized with our initials, wedding date and our favorite saying. The guests loved the props! The customer service at this company is hands down THE BEST! They are extremely knowledgeable, innovative and they care about your satisfaction. I really enjoyed my conversation with the owner. He took his time explaining and actually showing me everything. This was my very first photo booth rental so I had lots of questions. All I can say is Excellent service and a wonderful experience. I hired Ronald Lynch and his Pic A Photobooth company to come to my daughters graduation party and having the booth was a big hit! All my friends and family could not wait to line up to take funny photos. My daughter is going to save them and take them to her college dorm where she plans to hang them on the walls. We enlisted the services of Pic A Photobooth as a last minute addition to a visitation day my school/workplace was hosting. We contacted Pic A Photobooth about 5 days before our event AND our school is located in CT, but Pic A Photobooth happy accepted the job!
