I am very disheartened at the lack of business sense here. I went in to this store to look around…read morewith some family. I've spent money here in the past. Im not new (small town). I asked to have my engagement ring cleaned. The woman at the counter was polite, however the man in the back (the jeweler) came out right away saying he wouldn't touch the ring, that its gems were too loose and about to fall out. He had an urgency in his words. I said ok ill take it to where i bought it instead. When i took it to where i bought it, a week later (i didnt wear it for that week afraid id lose diamonds) My jeweler was shocked at the audacity of Arthur's Gem set studio to completely blatantly LIE TO ME, she showed me that my ring was in fact in amazing shape ! Hey If you Dont want to clean my ring, fine.... but to be so petty and childish as to lie ? Ill guarantee youll never see business from me or my family again !!!

The new Ardene replaces the old Ardene in Centenoka Mall. Although, the space itself is much…read morebetter- cleaner and crisper, the clothes are the same ones you'll find at any Ardene. I shop here because my teenage daughter loves it and quality is not really the priority. The staff is only slightly friendlier than the staff at other Ardenes. Overall not a bad place to go if you need something that you know you'll only wear once.
