The flat white had great milk texture and was steamed ready to drink on the hand-off; whereas a lot of "cafes" will just steam it to infinity roof-of-your-mouth-be-damned. Espresso on its own was dialed in well & had the characteristic flavor profiles of dark chocolate & caramel that you'd want with any good medium espresso roast. Specialty coffee shops are suprisingly hard to come by in Austria so it's always great to hunt one down and have a spot to rely on for the remainder of the stay. Excellent work TBB.

Instead of ordering two entrées, we ordered Platzl Style Toast, Tomatoes Mozzarella and the Prosciutto, and shared everything. The only thing that was unexpected was that the menu says that the turkey on the Platzl style toast is fried, but it was not breaded, and I think cooked on a griddle or something like it.
