From the office staff to the technicians to the owners. We were so impressed with the expediency, the friendliness and great service. I scheduled my appointment with Appliance Experts through whirlpool and was told they'd arrive between 8am-4pm. The day before my appointment, however, they called and let me know they'd be there between 10-11AM. The day of, the repairman Randy called by 9:30am and was right on time. He was extremely polite and professional and he fixed my washing machine quickly. I'm so pleased with the service, especially after the nightmare of trying to get it fixed by Central Kansas Appliance Repair. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.
