This was our final stop after a long day of running errands, and the family was very hungry. We walked in close to 8:25, and the place closed at 9:00, so I figured dining in would not be an option. To my surprise, Mark, the manager, was very welcoming and gave us the go for dining in despite it being closing time. I know from experience that most places will not accommodate dine-in even an hour before closing. This was definitely a nice gesture on behalf of Mark! We ordered the "serves 4-5" family meal and upgraded a couple of sides for just a dollar or two. Our order was ready within minutes and the portions and quality of the food did not disappoint! If I could give this place zero stars I would. It seems like every major chain restaurant you go to nowadays -you get shit for the amount of money these places charge. Placed an order for their 3 person family meal yesterday 4/18/23, order was ready for pick up on time which was great. But when we got home and opened the package that's when the shit hit the fan. As you can see in the images, we ordered the garlic chicken- there was literally maybe 10 small pieces of chicken and the remaining was all vegetables. To top that off ,the section with the garlic chicken wasn't even filled to the top, same shit with their house special chicken- as the image shows it was not filled to the top of the section. But they sure as hell did fill up the noodles and rice portions, which are cheaper in cost I'm sure. We paid extra for fried rice and the extra cost doesn't justify the minuscule amount they put in the center of their tray. The images of the dumplings and chocolate covered fortune cookies show the sheer stupidity and lack of common sense the employees have. Or they just don't give a fuck- simple as that. The dumplings were placed in the tray with all the other food. Apparently all the garlic chicken sauce (which is extremely watered down) went into the section of the tray with the dumplings. The results were garlic sauce soaked soggy dumplings. Now here is the part when you ask yourself- how stupid can people really be? Does common sense even exist nowadays?? - The person who packed the order decided it's absolutely genius to put chocolate covered fortune cookies on top of a tray with hot food in it. I mean seriously..how dumb can a person be- common sense says, chocolate melts when exposed to heat. SMH.. I paid about $40.00 for this horse shit, unbelievable what's happening in this country.. The quality of the food has gone down the drain, the service level has me baffled, and the price point is just not worth it. I would suggest you avoid this place and every brand name chain restaurants, mom and pop shops are they way to go. This'll be my last review of any major chain restaurants, IMHO they're all a bunch of fucking thieves! read more
