Back in October 2025, I had an appointment scheduled for a cavity filling. When I arrived, I was told it had been canceled and that I should have been notified. However, I never received any notice--aside from a text message sent an hour before my appointment reminding me to arrive. When I explained this, another receptionist, who was assisting someone else at the time, shouted across the room, "I CALLED YOU AND LEFT YOU A VOICEMAIL!" The tone was unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. As I tried to reschedule, I also felt rushed into choosing a new date. This wasn't my first negative experience with the front desk, and it ultimately led me to switch dental offices that same month. I did attempt to share my concerns with management, but nothing seemed to improve. To make matters worse, when my records were supposed to be transferred to my new provider, the wrong records were sent. Today, I'm writing this review because I received a reminder text for an appointment on May 8th--despite no longer being a patient there and never scheduling such an appointment. I called the office to clarify and spoke with someone named Molly. When I explained the situation, she responded with a sarcastic tone and interrupted me as I tried to say I was no longer a patient. She then abruptly ended the call by saying, "Well, I'm sure someone else will be very grateful for this appointment. Thank you and take care." I'm genuinely unsure what prompted this pattern of dismissive and unprofessional behavior, but it has been consistently frustrating. The front staff is very nice as well. I loved the two different hygienists there (Debbie and Linda). Both times, I felt like my routine cleaning were through and comfortable. They take the time to let you know what they're doing and educate you on HOW to maintain good hygiene tips. I've learned so much from just one visit. They also give you little goodie bags with a toothbrush, floss and tooth paste after each cleaning visit. Although the time to get into the back is virtually no wait time, when you're seated in the operation chair it can take anywhere from 15 min to over 30 minutes to get actually start the appointment. Last time, I was waiting in the back for 30 minutes. There are two doctors in this facility and most of the time, the doctors are working on multiple patients at once. The dental assistants seem to be attentive and also friendly. I will say that both doctors are little more stoic and down to business. Since my visits were just to get fillings, I can only speak to that. The doctors are very attentive to when they think you're experiencing pain so that they can give you more numbing to make you more comfortable. Like most dental offices, they are kind of pushy to get you to commit to another appointment (cleaning or otherwise). Not sure how other dental care costs compare but one filling without insurance racks up to $200, and with my insurance I still had to pay $77 out of pocket (something about deductibles). Last time, two cavities cost me $82. Tip: They will schedule a cleaning and not leave time for you to see the doctor! Make sure you make it clear that you want both since they book their appointments for cleaning and other visits separately. I had to learn the hard way and have to come back for a follow up visit TWICE... (why I'm taking away 1 star).

Just got new insurance and figured it was time to get it over with. I saw Dr Sherine Apte. She was kind, GENTLE and best of all she made me feel completely normal and I got not one whiff of judgment from her. I had a deep cleaning and then had to go back for a few fillings. I told her about my fears and she was so gentle. She verbally walked me through everything. Constantly checking to see if I was comfortable. My teeth are so clean. I will never let it go that long again. Especially after finding such great care. Not only was dr Apte amazing but the staff was top notch too. Receptionist , hygienist. They went far above their duties to not only help me sort out my insurance issues but also to make sure that I was comfortable and pain free while my surgery was being performed. The Dental Surgeon, Dr. Alexander, is one of the most personable professionals l that I have come in contact with. He treated me as a person and not just another patient. When I had a problem obtaining my prescribed medication after office hours I called his answering service, not expecting a solution until the office reopened on Monday. I was surprised that within an hour of calling the service I received a call back from Dr Alexander himself. He even gave me his private cellphone number in case anymore problems should arrive. Who does that in 2025? As much as I try to avoid the dentist, I can't wait to go back.
