Vintage Clothing shop:…read more I spotted this shop some months ago, so when one of my friends told me that they had a special event, with sales, I ran there straight away! This is a tiny but very cute shop where you can find a variety of chosen pieces for women. This shop covers different periods from the 20's to 70's designs, as well as some jewelery and beauty products. The shop is a good starting point, if you are looking for good quality and original pieces for special events, as the prices could be a bit high. In addition, you will have the advice of ChiChi Bouvet herself (she was absolutely lovely when we met her there!). Some of you might know her from the Munich based Burlesque group The "Filly Follies". My advice: Let ChiChi help you pick out something, if you are unsure. That woman has taste.

Little did I know, Lisalu is thickly packed wall-to-wall with modern, stylish, high-quality, and completely unique pieces. It took me hours to wade through its offerings, gathering garment-after-garment into my arms. A woman who I assume was the owner (or co-owner) was very nice, helpful, and even gave me a deal for the completely embarrassing and unreasonable amount of dinero I dropped in her store. I left with what are now some of my favorite wardrobe items, and a very sad and hollow wallet. *Thrifters beware: this isn't your local designer exchange, where the prices max out around $50...the cheapest items were around $40, and some of the more expensive items were around $150. Enter at your own risk!!

Alexa (the owner) was the cutest thing ever, and so helpful (and not at all in a pushy or condescending way like some vintage store owners). Her collection of vintage was really special and well-priced. As good, if not better, than a lot of the vintage stores in Los Angeles (where I'm from). Definitely recommend. A+.

Designer belts from 200 to 300 Euros, that is dear! The shop is rather small, the choice is not wide, when I was there the shop was in a bit of a mess so browsing was not easy. I would certainly pay a bit more attention to its order and lower the prices a bit.

As I say I have a lot of new goods he brings a woman out who goes through all my stuff. It was a awful experience of them choosing exactly what they wanted and then said the rest they have no room. I was there before shopping a wanted to give somethings away to people in need but my experience with the workers there was very uncomfortable and rude. If they wanted to choose and say to take away what I had to give away because they have no room to store them they should say that beforehand so it will save people the long journey and work of bringing it in. I know not to give things to people like them: ungrateful!

Sort of like most cheap second hand shops you have to dig, but they've done a lot of that for you, so leave the shovel at home and just bring a bit of patience. They're much, much cheaper than the specialty stores in the touristy areas. The leiderhosen they stock comes in a variety of qualities, shapes, and sizes. I didn't know what my leiderhosen size was, but the clerk was helpful enough to eyeball me and quote me my size. They offer a little dressing room in the upstairs area for men where I was able to try them on. I got some accessories, and a shirt that looks Bavarian, so I'm stoked! They accept credit cards too! Most of the men's clothes and dirndls are upstairs, with women's clothes and the weirder stuff downstairs. The dirndl selection was vast, as was the leiderhosen! The clerk was helpful and amused to see how excited I was to get my hands on some discount leiderhosen! I ended up with a brown suede set of leiderhosen and the cool German shirt!
