We had many special requests for our ceremony such as a ring warming, a circle isle, readings, and a script for the minister. He walked us through each step and let us know the pros and cons of each. The end result was beautiful and we owe that to Tadd. He was so attentive the day of the wedding and his attention to detail was spot on. He makes it look easy!! And as far as planning from a distance? Don't worry! He was available via phone, email, and Skype whenever we had questions!!

Planning a destination wedding from DC, we thought we were hiring someone just to walk us through the big day, but what we got was SO MUCH MORE Tadd used to be an event coordinator with the Lido Beach Resort, and recently branched out on his own; this means he knows the ins and outs of wedding coordination from all perspectives, and already had established relationships with most of our vendors. We knew from our first Skype conversation that he was going to make the whole experience as stress-free as possible, and we were never wrong. He started working with us months in advance. From building the wedding day timeline to liaising with our vendors to helping with the seating chart to answering every single question we threw at him (and there were many) to having to deliver the worst news you can give a bride on the day of her beach wedding - that it will rain and the ceremony might have to move inside (it didn't, and everything was perfect). . . .Tadd did it all with outstanding patience and cheer, responsiveness, organization, and for an *incredibly* reasonable price. He is so much more than just a "Day-of" coordinator. The actual day of, he was there with us every step of the way, and had an assistant as well, for when he needed to be at two places at once. This is a guy whose business deserves to thrive! I wish I lived in Sarasota and threw lots of parties - he would be on my speed dial (if that were still a thing) to plan them all. We looked at several other DOCs in the area, that were larger and more established, and there is not a single thing I regret about going with Tadd instead.

we attended a wedding at the beautiful Jubilee Estates but…read more venues event planner - Jennifer was very unprofessional, intrusive and thinks she is the hostess drinking and dancing on the job - wearing flashy clothing to attract attention, and rude to guests she made a conscious effort to be visible to wedding owners blocking the view of guests and monitoring continuously by being in the middle of a everything like gestapo at rehearsal and wedding day She was inviting guests to dance floor I have never seen a wedding planner like her oblivious to problems happening - sound system problems , one table that wasn't cleared up until waiters realized for about 30 minutes as she was too busy having fun herself - Best wedding planners are invisible and monitor and manage behind the scenes they make a conscious effort not to standout but yet here she was on bright red clothes on rehearsal day and flashy outfit with a hat dancing around during wedding - the wedding was shutdown at 10 pm due to noise ordinance ( law enforcement came) - planner should have known and dısclosed this as website stated 11 .she was not meticulous which is what wedding planning is about ! Despite being asked questions on timeline during rehearsal dinner wedding planner was not able to answer what time guest should arrive and was dismissive to all questions stating her assistant was there not herself When asked about potential tree nut allergy she responded ( so they probably should not eat it - rather than coming up with alternate plan) planner was blatantly rude to younger members of the family as well sometimes trying to physically snatch an object from their hands. I would not recommend her to anyone maybe his team members are better at doing wedding planning .
