The website does a decent job of showing the available options, but it is annoying that you have to call to place an order. Can't I just fill it out online and be done? They are also a little weird about explaining deposit and cancellation policies -- they typically don't even bother unless I ask, which seems like something they should really be more clear about. One thing that you need to be super careful about is specifying if your party is indoors. For Thanksgiving, we rented the nicer wood chairs, but ended up sticking our own felt sliders on the bottom of every leg so that our hardwood floors were not damaged. For the graduation party, we got the cheaper plastic chairs, and despite my specifying repeatedly that we needed chairs with rubber feet, when the guy was loading them into our truck, the husband had to double check and request replacements of several with feet missing. I get that they do a lot of outdoor parties; however, it's frustrating to have to be SO careful. Also, when they picked up everything after Thanksgiving, after loading the outdoor items, they actually drove off without coming inside for the tables and chairs! They came back pretty quickly, but again, the lack of care and checking is a bit concerning. I get rentals because I want it handled, not to babysit them! However, their prices are pretty reasonable, as are their return policies. It was just $11 and change for ten basic chairs for the weekend, with no issue about picking up Friday and returning Monday (they're closed Sundays). I don't have a particular problem with this location, except to advise that you check your items carefully and not just blindly trust that they have everything in your order and that it's all in good condition.

We loved the style of her photos--she has an incredible eye for light. She can make even the most reluctant groom (or bride, that was me!) feel comfortable in front of the camera. Her cost is very competitive, and she is worth every dollar. My now-husband, who was unconvinced on the necessity of spending the money, says it is hands-down, the best money we spent on our wedding day. We love Audrey, and can't wait to hire her to take family photos for years to come!

The setup is somehow extremely flattering for everyone, in that it's well lighted and makes pretty much everyone look gorgeous. I'm not sure how he does that, and yet, it is so. The owner also brings lots of props that were extremely popular with my guests throughout the evening, basically helping anyone who feels a little shy about just standing in front of a camera. Every time I passed by the photo booth, there was a small line of folks waiting to use it, despite the fact that it only takes about a minute to shuttle through three photos per group. The space is much larger than an old-fashioned photo booth in that you can get as many as a dozen people inside there at once. Also, there is a fantastic attendant at the booth at all times, and they are happy to make double prints or triplicate prints at any point, so that everyone in the group can have a copy of the photos. What's more, as a party organizer, the owner will give you either a DVD or upload all the files to your website for you. The prints are a very good quality, just like a photo you'd receive from Camera Corner, glossy and sharp. Even better, you will have a custom background that will either show your company logo or maybe the wedding date along with the bride and groom's names. How awesome is that I absolutely will be contacting GB Photo Box for my next party, no question about it. So many of my guests came up to me and told me that it was SO brilliant to have the photo booth during the party, and I have to say that I agree. It's not often that you are grateful to be able to pay money for a service, but I'm seriously so grateful for the amazing time that we had with GB Photo Box.

My specific example, booked a one night stay that they canceled on me a couple days later. The front desk staff stated that the manager ordered all reservations that day canceled, as they realized there was now a local event on that day (Packer game) so everyone needed to re book. My original booking for which I had a full and firm confirmation for (I had already been charged for the stay), was about $125, then it was canceled without my consent (and there were no issues with payment- I had a firm confirmation), and the new reservation was over $300! Amazing they actually admitted why they canceled and also pretty shady that they're allowed to get away with bait and switch behavior. For anyone who disagrees, I understand surge pricing, but not after the fact when reservations have already been made.....honor it!
