I've gotten their standard breakfast sandwich a couple times now, and I don't need a Magic 8-Ball to tell me that it's also in my future! A few types of salami come between a delightfully airy focaccia, with your choice of cheese (Swiss for me) and flavoured mayo (garlic). The panini exterior was crisp and crunchy, while the bread was soft and fresh on the inside. The tuna salad was rich, creamy and very tasty with lots of oozy cheddar cheese. The French Onion soup was hot, and tasty as well. The croutons were hard and crunchy; perfect for absorbing the delicious broth. After lunch we relaxed with cappuccino and a mocha. We waited for 15-20 minutes without receiving our coffee, and no one came to take our food order. Our children became increasingly upset because they were very hungry. Despite several staff members being aware of our presence, no one checked on us or provided any updates. Eventually, we decided to leave. As we walked out, the staff simply watched us leave without any acknowledgment, apology, or attempt to address the situation. It felt as though they had little regard for customer service or the overall customer experience. We left frustrated, disappointed, and unlikely to return.
