As a result, I've had more rejected claims and more out-of-pocket expenses here than at any other provider I've ever used in my 38 years of adulthood. Communication is poor -- long hold times, unclear billing, and no follow through. After multiple issues, I'm done with this place. I hope the administration reviews the quality of their claim write-ups, billing and patient consent processes, because the current system is not working.

I recently went to the CommunityMD Primary Care medical practice here in Newnan and received excellent medical care. After 4 years, I have finally found a competent Primary Care Physician. Dr. Isom and his PA, Natasha Williamson, are both highly competent and caring. The other staff at CommunityMD are very helpful and kind, as well. Marie J Cauvin MD is the epitome clean, courteous,and conscientious! She looks you in the eye (no they all do not do this!), she listens to my problems (no they do not all do this!)
