After we picked up our car from Abner we noticed several spots that weren't cleaned correctly. I messaged Abner this morning about the missed spots and asked for a partial refund. He responded very unprofessional and said because it was an "older vehicle" there were stains he couldn't get rid of. He did not communicate that with us the day we picked up the car and unsent that message. I'm upset that I paid $200+ and tipped and this was the service he provided.

Was very friendly as well. It was easy to book an appointment through his website and he has social media as well so you can see his work for detailing. I opted for the Luxary Detail Package which is for the detailing of the interior and exterior. Prices are all listed on his website. I thought this was the best value because the engine bay being washed as part of that package was a great deal. The interior after the detailing was done was basically spotless like I got the car right out of the dealership after buying it. It was incredibly clean and the exterior looked brand new too. Definitely worth a lot more than he charges with the way he gets into every nook and cranny and gives a lot of care to small details. He really knows his chemicals and made me feel confident in his skill. I also had a few months old stains on my back seats that he was able to successfully lift. He left my car so shiny it reflected the sky like a mirror! I'm very pleased and will be using his services again.

My first experience was not the usual. They showed up 2 hours late in a regular van. Apparently the…read morework van was broken. They were only able to do the inside of the car. Which was totally fine. That was what I wanted anyways. And yes they did an excellent job at the inside. Was very pleased. But at the end of this service we schedules them to come back the following Friday to wash the outside and service another vehicle. 2nd appointment- no one ever showed up. Sent a text message. No response. Tried calling. Their cellphone service apparently does not allow for phone calls from unsaved numbers. Sent a message on yelp. Still no response So while they do a decent job once they show up their unreliability on two occasions is unprofessional and the reason for the 2 stars. Which is disappointing because my entire family was ready to use their service but now we will be looking elsewhere
