I love coming to Pier 18. I always get the combo 2, Cajun, little bit of spice. I have a high spice tolerance and this is spicy for me. I love you get crab and shrimp! The roux might be my favorite part. I either get a side or fries or garlic bread to dip in the extra roux. I always get it Togo so I can go home and get messy.

If you're craving a tasty crab boil, this is the place to go! Super juicy, full of flavor, and the service is great -- highly recommend!

Came here since it used to be called Bag O Crab, and have been a regular customer since! I love the service, the food and the restaurant atmosphere. We will continue to come back! We always order the combos and share them. The signature sauces are veryyy buttery and lots of garlic, if you like that! (My favorite)

Been here three times and very satisfied every tine. The first time, i got the king crab with the atomic sauce medium spicy. It was good but i prefer the garlic sauce still medium spicy. The second and third time I got snow crab which is still good and better priced than the king crab. The garlic pasta is good. I've also had the garlic fries and Cajun fries, I like the Cajun fries which is more tasty. The service is good, the third time we went there was a little bit of a delay but the server made sure to inform us when the food would be ready. Ambiance is pretty good too, not loud and you can hold a conversation without any problems.

Stopped in on a Saturday. Very nice relaxed atmosphere. The waitress was very nice and friendly. We ordered a combo with dungeness, shrimp, potatoes, corn and sausage. Added garlic bread and garlic noodles. They have a robot waiter deliver the food which my son loved. The food was good. It did lack a bit of salt but we enjoyed it very much.

Food was good but crawfish was small asf don't recommend getting. Good flavor but crawfish ruined my experience

Really cool spot. They have robots rolling around to help deliver the food but most of the time they just get in the way. It ran into one of the servers with a drink in her hand and spilled the drink then it ran into our server as well. The food tasted good. A lot of flavor. It was not lacking flavor. We ordered the garlic flavor seasoning. It was Friday night and it was a good amount of people there. The server was a bit flustered but she was able to hold it together. She was nice. The food doesn't take very long. Our wait was about 20-25 minutes. We had like the combo #2 snow crab legs. The experience wasn't bad. I would recommend it.

Immediately recognized and seated, immediately read it service is impeccable. This is my third time to visit and their snow crab is amazing along with their eyes lobster. I will continue to come to this restaurant 5 stars definite. Come and try it out. You'll see.

Great prices in comparison to other places we've been. 3 liters of Dos Equis for $28 We enjoyed the crab legs, oysters, garlic noodles, sausage and corn. We are obsessed! Love it and worth it Atmosphere is great, lots of cool stuff here. Music is good. Food is amazing. Can't wait to bring our friends here.

After a refreshing hike along Eagle Lake Trail, I headed to a new spot I'd heard about for some boiled goodness. I wasn't let down--the food was just as tasty as my favorite joint in Plano, The Boiling Crab. And the best part? I don't have to make the trek to Plano anymore for top-notch grub, drinks, and a cool vibe at fair prices. I'd recommend bringing your crew along to try a bunch of different seafood dishes--they won't be disappointed! Overall, it was a satisfying experience that exceeded my expectations. From the flavorful shrimp to the delicious sauces, every bite was a delight. Whether you're a seafood lover or just looking for a great meal after a hike, this place is worth checking out. Great service with autonomous robot that brings the food out.

They had a few rooms you could reserve for a private party. They offer a brunch menu until 3pm but you can also order off their dinner menu if you so choose. Since this was our first visit we had a difficult time deciding what to have. Our waiter was very accommodating & didn't make any of us feel rushed. For our extremely picky eater the kitchen made adjustments to make sure he had an enjoyable meal. After we made our selections, I feel like our food arrived in a very timely fashion & everyone was very pleased with their selections. Their mustard seed ketchup was interesting to see but very tasty. Even our picky eater thought it was good not that he strayed from the regular ketchup! The only thing we didn't try was their whisky cake because we were too full from our meals. My wife thinks this means we should go back just for appetizers & dessert. Which of course we will plan on soon. All in all it more than deserves 5 stars. And I wish we had taken photos but we were enjoying being with the kids too much to bring our phones out. Definitely put this location on your radar, I don't think you'll be disappointed at all!

Shut up and take my money…read more Impeccable service. Staff was super helpful, over the phone answering queries about wait time and in person. The servers are very knowledgable about the food and drinks and were able to break down the mixology (my husband found a new favorite whiskey). As always, hubby asked for the dairy-based condiments to be left off his dishes, and although he has more of an intolerance than an actual allergy, the server (without being asked) consulted the chef and was able to list every dairy ingredient in every dish, down to the milk powder in the brioche. (You'd be surprised how often the staff just shrugs and has no idea what's in their own food.) I believe no matter what you order, it will be one of the finest examples of that menu item you will ever taste. We had the crab cake appetizer, prime rib and gouda stack, french onion burger, chips, fries, whiskey cake, and cocktails. My husband's old fashioned was the best old fashioned he had ever tasted. He ordered a second. The food was sublime, each menu item was either delicious or outstanding. Whiskey cake is the only item on their dessert menu because it is the only dessert you will need. It is their version of a sticky toffee pudding. It's huge. We were there for a birthday, so we were given the whiskey cake for free. I'd say the margarita was just a margarita, and the water in the fancy jug was definitely gross tap water, but every other food and drink item was perfection. The restaurant is appealing and clean inside. I am glad we were seated in one of the side porch areas where there is sunlight and fewer folks. The interior is quite dark and loud, but nothing outrageous. It's just that style of restaurant. Happy hour is weekdays 3-6, with a small selection of popular drinks for $7.

The explanation given that the system "couldn't handle the wind" is deeply concerning. If awnings advertised and installed for cold weather cannot be safely used in windy conditions, that is a serious operational and safety issue that should be addressed before guests are seated underneath them. Instead, customers were left exposed, freezing, and ignored. What made this worse was not the weather, but the complete lack of accountability or alternative solutions. No effort to relocate guests, no escalation to management, just repeated refusal. This reflects poor planning and even worse customer care. Management should take this seriously. I would expect someone to reach out, because this experience alone is enough to keep us and others from returning.
