This place is amazing - the Customer Service is Top Tier - the accommodations have everything you could want - an great balcony view, amazing mini bar options, comfortable bed, modern washroom - make sure you book the marina side - it's worth the money !!!

One of the best staycations I have had in Broward County hands down. The property is very modern and has some eclectic pieces of art throughout. The staff was very professional and nice from check in to check out. I stayed here for the weekend and I must say all the stops were pulled. The variety in dining choices is great from Mediterranean to Italian, and even they have a Sushi Bou location here. The room I stayed in over the weekend was very clean and great in size as our room had a wrap around balcony. Also, if you stay you must visit the rooftop bar as it is a rotating bar. After a few drinks, I did get a little turned around trying to leave. Other amenities that we indulged in were a spa visit. Their spa facilities are very nice and clean from the locker room to the couples massage room and area. We were a little bummed out that the sauna wasn't working. Overall, it was a great stay with amazing amenities and hospitality. Also, I need to come back and make reservations for the floating pickleball courts!

    This is an immaculate property

Of the hundreds of hotels that I have stayed in during my work travels around the world, this one has gotta be top five. Pier 66 is an immaculate property and the moment you walk into the lobby you know you're in for a special experience. The staff is professional, friendly and extremely attentive. My guest room was absolutely luxurious and comfortable--and the 9th floor panoramic views were stunning. I simply cannot recommend this property enough.

After going through a $$ONE BILLION$$ Renovation Pier 66 gave us the Biggest Letdown of our Hotel Adventures. Let's Start from the Beginning where we had a Lust to Stay, a Desire for All the Restaurants and Bars on Property with a Willingness to Splurge!! The Hotel & Property Itself is Nice but not in a Desirable Location with not much on Property to do.. Walkability is Very Low as there is not much around this Area unless you take a Car or Water Taxi. The Dining leaves much to be Desired. Not All of the Restaurants were Open during our Stay so Fine Dining was the Only Option for Night Eats.. Room Service is Also Available with Great Service! Garni was a Good Option for Breakfast but be Aware of the "Buffet" Option. Let them take you up there to see the Selection before making your Decision. ((Pricing)) Our Room was Welcoming and Clean then to go to the Window to see a Rooftop Viewpoint below after we had Booked for an Ocean View Room. Front Desk Assistant said it was a much Nicer View; the Room she gave us.. Anyway the View wasn't too bad as we liked to watch the Traffic on the 17th St Causeway & Intracoastal but the Ocean View had to be better! The Staff was Very Prompt On-Property! During our Staycation the Main Pool was Closed so everyone was at the Adults Only Pool. The Vibe for us just did not hit the Mark as it is a Nicely Renovated Hotel but that is where it Stays.

Scored a day pass here with two friends and had the best Thursday escape! We arrived mid-morning, ready to enjoy the pool, great vibes, a few cocktails, and their Latin-inspired menu. Valet parking was seamless, normally $30, but with the ResortPass perk, it only cost $11. Once our car was whisked away, we entered the stunning lobby where we were warmly greeted by staff and directed to check in at the pool. There are two pool areas: an adult-only pool and a family pool. We checked in at the adult pool, gave our names, received wristbands, and chose our chairs for the day. The day pass cost about $100 before taxes, roughly $117 total. This gave us access to all pool amenities, plus food and drink service right from our seats. Though daybeds are available for rent, we skipped the splurge, figuring it wouldn't be crowded (and we were right). After we got settled, a friendly staff member helped adjust our umbrellas and provided pool towels and bottled water. I loved that we were given two towels and the branded seat cover was a small touch, but it really elevated the experience. Kristen, our amazing server, arrived soon after to take drink orders and offer menu recommendations. We kicked things off with a pitcher of Verde Vida margaritas. This was easily one of the best pitchers I've had in a long time! Perfectly balanced: strong but refreshing, not overpowering. We ordered the chicken avocado wrap, flautas, beef quesadilla, fruit bowl, and fries to share. Everything was hot, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Even the cucumbers in our drinks were so crisp we joked about asking where they got them! The adult pool also has a hot tub, but with the heat, we skipped it and stuck to the perfectly cooled pool. The crowd was chill, we even had a fun celebrity encounter (no name drops for privacy!). Staff across the board were kind, attentive, and always made sure we had what we needed, no matter where we wandered. Later, we shared a bottle of champagne and more cocktails before heading to the family side for a few turns on the water slides. The green slide is slower, and the yellow slide is fast and enclosed, both were a blast! We laughed, screamed, and acted like big kids the whole time. Even the bathrooms were stunning and spotless. Poolside food and beverage service ended at 5 PM, so we closed out, packed up, and grabbed our car from valet with zero wait. I'd highly recommend this resort for a relaxing, fun-filled pool day. After chatting with a few hotel guests, I'd love to come back for an overnight stay. It's also a perfect pre-cruise option if you want to unwind before heading to the port.

The return of an icon! The hotel re-opened I believe in February 2025 after very extensive renovations. The entire place is absolutely stunning. The service is nothing short of luxury, 5-star service for sure. The pool staff are phenomenal, they are so welcoming and attentive. The adult pool is very relaxing and is exactly what a vacation or staycation should feel like. The rooms were gorgeous, and spacious. The balcony we were given was huge, I would recommend they provide nicer outdoor furniture such as a lounge char or two in addition to the small table and chairs but that is my only recommendation. Food and drinks at the restaurants are fantastic! Notably Elate market for exceptional pastries (I'm talking about you key lime tart) and great specialty coffees. Sotogrande was a fun Spanish/eastern Mediterranean restaurant I really enjoyed the differing cuisines offered. Lastly the true icon, Pier Top, was a truly spectacular view, it is a completely rotating rooftop bar that takes 66 minutes to completely rotate. You get a view from whatever seat you choose which I thought was a great concept. The food was just okay but the wine and cocktails were spectacular. All in all I highly recommend staying here!

Such a vibe. Great decor. Rotating tables so you can see the whole view. Bar in the center and service was so great!

Second time here. First time, after it opened again was great. This time not so much. Menu was different. Cheese plate was like old Winn Dixie cheese blocks. Service a little slow, waiting to get her attention. We had an e-gift card from our friends. She didnt know how to process it. Took 20 minutes for her manager to arrive. He didn't know either. He said he would give me his business card for "next time" then walked away. Had to chase him to get his name. Not worth coming back.

    Derrek S.

This was our second time here. It was not the best experience for our 25th anniversary. Our friends got us a $100 gift certificate and the server nor the manager knew how to redeem it. Justin, the manager was not accommodating, friendly, or helpful. He advised us that the next time we come they would figure out the gift certificate. I doubt there will be a next time. Our longest wait was for Justin. He explained he was dealing with another issue. If there are that many issues, that's problematic.

Has the best views of Lauderdale, some of the best bars and best restaurants. All services are top notch professional and for the handicapped they offer free wheelchair transportation.

Absolutely amazing staycation with my mother here! We are a little bit of hotel snobs, and this place exceeded expectations. We didnt want to leave! From the rooms, to the lobby, to the restaurants and pool, the hospitality was 11/10. Everything is gorgeous and new. The place is so well kept and the service from everyone we spoke to was exceptional. We even bought their hats because we had such a great time. Highly recommend Caluss, get the comte cheese dessert! I hope to come back again!

The lobby got a great makeover and the updated room had a fresh and modern look. This time we splurged and got a Presidential 3BR suite and it was gorgeous. The room had a massive wrap around balcony and the view from there and the room itself was absolutely amazing. Though, our stay was not without its issues such as recurring AC problems. Luckily the staff was attentive and fixed the issue after some time. If I could offer any feedback on our experience, it would be to put some key essentials in the room. We had a full size kitchen but there were no paper towels, dish towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, sponges, or even basic things like salt and pepper. The bathrooms too didn't have hand soap, an adequate amount of body wash, or even a place to hang towels. Another concern I plan to mention to management was the fact that people were throwing things from the rooftop lounge down onto our balcony, including straws, drink stirrers, food and, worryingly, a knife. If anyone would have been sitting on the deck when the knife was thrown it could have been a major issue. In the end, the room was absolutely breathtaking. With a few improvements it could be even better. Overall 4 stars. I could see myself returning in the future.

Fresh orange juice, waffles, bacon, flaky croissants. Would certainly recommend this place to anyone.
