We had a party of 30+ people, 10 to get into the limo the rest to take individual cars, so any service would understand if it took a few extra minutes to gather everyone. At 1:15 right when we were coming out, he comes up to us yelling and demanding $200, because we were 15 minutes late. It would be perfectly fine to ask for extra if he took me aside and explained the situation, but he was extremely rude in front of everyone. I ended up giving him $220 cash so we could get going. When he came the second time he started yelling at us again saying that we didn't pay for the third time. I texted him the receipts and asked him to look at his phone. Instead he went into his email, where I showed him all 3 of his payment notifications on his own phone. He proceeded to tell me they were duplicate messages. Then he made racist remarks about Indians never paying and got up to my uncle's face yelling "Go ahead, hit me" when my uncle was completely calm. After I fired him and told him to leave, he pulled off his sock showing us his disgusting infected swollen foot in front everyone, trying to get sympathy for his behavior. Unfortunately his behavior was unacceptable, I run a business too and you don't treat your clients that way. This was for my wedding, so you could imagine my frustration, acting this way in front of my entire family and friends. I made the mistake of not researching the company and seeing other's people's bad reviews. The company is just one guy, do not use him, incredibly rude, perhaps even unhinged.

I finally called them one day before because I had not heard anything from them. The man that answered, I assume the owner or manager, was driving in his car as he spoke to me. I mentioned the rental I had made and that I was just calling to confirm because I had not heard anything. He asked my name, acted like he didn't have a clue about the booking, and every time I tried to speak he would very rudely say "hold on, hold on, hold on". Then proceeded to tell me he couldn't do this right now that he was on his way to the airport to pick someone up. I finally very politely said to him "that's ok if you want to call me back when you are finished". He said things like "I can't do this right now, wait a minute I'm going to have to pull over". Finally he agreed I could call him back in an hour. Within 2 minutes he called me back. He then very rudely said that I never put any location information on my booking to which I replied that I actually included very detailed to and from locations when I booked to which he replied that I was pretty much lying. I put him on speaker so my fellow teacher in my classroom could hear how he was speaking to me. I then looked at her and said "this man is being extremely rude". Her mouth was open in shock when she heard the way he was speaking to me. He immediately started yelling over the phone how he is not rude "I'm trying to help you here and you are going to say I'm rude, I am not rude". Against my better judgement I allowed the booking to continue although the behavior of this guy was appalling. The only reason was because he confirmed that he would not be the one driving my son and his date. The driver for my son was very kind and professional. Maybe the owner needs to take some tips from his driver on manners. This man is extremely unprofessional and I will never book from this company again.
