Insane lowkey, so overpriced and sell starter jewelry that can snag so easily because I happened to pick a design they carried, they gave me too small of a bar TWICE (both times they did not own up to their mistake and I had to pay) so small that the gunk buildup irritated the piercing, when I finally went back to get them to swap out the snagging design and get ANOTHER bigger bar with just a flat disk decoration the guy working 3/15 around noon was so rude when I called to check their hours because their door was locked during the posted ones and when he was putting in my earrings ($20 service fee btw and I had to pay for despite bar given being wrong and design snagging) I thought it hurt way more than it should have but went on with my day, looked in the mirror through my phone camera later to see the state of the piercing he put the earrings in, nice dude, really nice. Very rude and unwelcoming. I went to purchase an earring and while I was selecting one and then made the choice I had already told the gal I needed them to put it in for me. They didn't have a great selection but I selected and asked for them to put it on. It was just an earring change was probably what seemed to not be appealing for the piercer. So he skipped me and took the person who walked in behind me. When I mentioned it to the gal she said "I know, I'm sorry. " So I left. I got my forward helix and my helix pierced, my piercer was Carlos. He was very nice and walked me through the process and helped me pick out what options would look good. There is a decent selection of jewelry but I wish there was more gold options, can't complain too much about that though, theres still a decent selection.There was this strange guy who I saw when walking in and came inside after my piercing was done just for the sake of it, didn't want anything. Unsure what that was about, made me a little bit uncomfy but it wasn't the studio's fault, just thought I'd mention it incase anyone wants to be a tiny bit cautious about that.
